Jollibee — Restaurant in Makati

worst experienced I ever had is in this branch, I order meal C i dont really remember the meal code which include burger, spaghetti and fries and drinks with 1000 peso bill a cashier gave me a number they usually gave for the customer to wait for my 900 pesos change and my order doesn't have a burger in it. so i have my meal without burger first and ask a crew to assist me because im carrying my baby alone. then after almost 45mins of waiting my change haven't given yet and we with my baby already finish the food but the burger include with my oder is haven't given too. i waited until almost one hour for my cash and come to the counter and ask. they gave my change but the cashier she insisted that she dont have missing order for me. then i started to get angry and talk to one of their manager and she apologized to me in behalf of her crew.Its so difficult for me carrying a 1yr old baby and waiting for something that you actually don't know that they...

I wouldn't give this to street kids! I've forgiven and tried Jolibee multiple times and every time I've been sick for days after with the worst stomach conditions. The food is 99% cold and I've never had to wait less than 20minutes for what should be "Fast Food".

I don't compare to McDonald's or KFC as they're all junk, filled with frustrated workers trying to make a buck and cold bacteria infested meats handed over from the kitchens.

This was the last and final time I ever visit a Jolibee and same goes for family. The horror stories from these places such as deep fried towels and other random events is just disgusting and yes it's just a fast food joint, however when dealing with people's health, you it should be both a serious circumstance and a punishable one for those who risk hurting people due to lack of knowledge in...

Wow talk about stupid and unattentive. The restaurant was completely empty. There was no customers. There was one person at the cash register, and it took me two minutes to get the young man’s attention. I ordered an egg sandwich and two hamburgers. I asked for extra tomatoes I made sure and repeated myself three times and of course there was no tomatoes. The order took 30 minutes, I asked the cashier why he didn’t add the tomatoes after I repeated myself many times he said he forgot, lol! I really thought drugs were illegal in Philippines. It was obvious this young man was either a complete idiot or extremely high not only that the hamburger was totally dry and probably been sitting there the entire day before it was served to me . This location is an absolute embarrassment to the Jolleebee franchise, and should be shut down...
