Feb2025 Japanese Kaiseki style restaurant that serves highly traditional and seasonal rotating menus based on locally sourced main ingredients from regional Japanese areas.

The dishes are very creatively thought of with a high degree of attention to all details of the culinary experience. The tastes are very much compatible and attuned to a matured palette based on very tradional combinations but of very high standards.

The plating and presentation is profoundly beautiful and simple.

The service staff are highly attentive, friendly and welcoming.

The interiors are bright, clean, and exemplary in the little touches of decor, seamlessly transporting you to a very genteel side of Japan.

Private rooms are available for a max of 5/10/20 diners.

Though one must pay much to have this exceptional experience (8500++) and do note that advanced reservations are must as well as a reasonable dress code.

Ideal for dates and...

Celebrated my Mom's Birthday with their Omakase Dinner course; we were lucky that the menu for the day was mainly seafood, which we loved! The meal was off to a great start with the Hokkaido hairy crab, followed by the Hokkaido Aburi scallop, a bit of a lull with the Dobin -mushi ( broth was seasoned perfectly from the dashi of Shimeji, Saba & Eel), then onto the next dish of Ikura sushi, grilled abalone and oyster from Nagasaki was simply delicious! The Fugu did not disappoint as well, a lightly flavored fish (which tasted a bit like chicken) lightly battered karagae style with accompanying gingnan {gingko nuts} & for the main course perfectly grilled Kuroushi Wagyu with Japanese rice and miso soup. The superb meal was capped off with Matcha ice cream with adzuki & shiratama inside a round thin crisp Monaka wafers & Japanese green tea.

Impeccable service and amazing dishes made our dinner a...

Finally come here! During pandemic I was about to try, then found out it was temporary closed. I’m so happy it reopened again!

The environment here is very Japanese style, from the outside of the restaurant to the inside design, even the tablewear are lovely!

You don’t have to order the food, it will be served based on their daily ingredients (fresh!), so it won’t be exact the same everyday, which is interesting and surprising!

Each course are so exquisite like a piece of art! Not only the appearance but also the taste! I love their rice!!!! Taste a little bit sweet!

The chef is kind and courteous, also the staffs here are all very friendly and helpful.

All in all, it's a great fine dining restaurant ! Highly recommend for some...

A true Japanese dining experience in Metro Manila. ✅ Ingredients are all flown in from various parts of Japan (and Russia)— fresh and deliciously curated. Their menu changes from time to time, depending on the available ingredients. Parking might be a little tricky. Kids aren't allowed. Rooms are not sound proof. Limited seating capacity. Reservation is required. Call to reserve; their website booking does not work. No ready alternatives for food you are allergic to, so inform them way ahead of time.
