We had high hopes dining at North Park, but unfortunately, the experience was far from what we expected. We waited for half an hour just to get our food, and to make matters worse, they completely forgot our fried rice. After following up, we had to wait another 25 minutes—for just one dish.

The service was disappointing. The crew came off as disinterested, but one staff member stood out in the worst way—the girl with a tattoo on her neck was especially rude and unapproachable. We followed up politely, but it seemed like she simply wasn’t in the mood to work. No apology, no effort to make things right.

North Park, your food may be good, but service matters just as much. We suggest you retrain your staff or consider hiring people who are more attentive and genuinely customer-friendly. We don’t go to restaurants just for food—we go for the experience too. Sadly, this visit left...

This restaurant has a large selection of dishes on the menu - not just filipino food but other Asian dishes. Dim sum is a small selection but the prawn dim sum was a sufficient size for an appetizer. I was a little disappointed with the portions of the main dishes. They are all served like family style so unless you order rice, you only get the dish itself. Most of the dishes were 6 or 8 pieces. The soup bowl was also a little smaller than I expected. The dishes were a little salty overall especially the sauces. Do order the lemonade drink - that was deliciously refreshing especially on a hot day. By the way, parking is a little easier during certain times of day but it is limited so this can be a barrier for new visitors. The restaurant is large and can sufficiently hold large parties. Overall. I felt the price was higher than I would have expected for the quality and size of...

Honestly I like the foods, but not the service. We wait for so long just for the menu, the waiter pretend not to see, so we must call them to get the menu, when we want to order so we call again the waiter, but the waiter pretend not to see anymore, I became emotional and wanted to leave this restaurant because the service was very bad but my boyfie was still patient. Really spoiled my appetite. LAST when we asked for the bill out and we gave our money, we waited a few minutes for the receipt and change, but the waiter just talked with his collegues and didn't do anything, so we called him again and asked the receipt and change, then he went to the cashier and gave it to us and didn't say SORRY or THANK YOU I don't know why the waiter like that, is it just because we are not Filipino? Really worst...

I was craving food from North Park and decided to visit the nearest branch since the one closer to me had already closed. I was excited, but unfortunately, I was disappointed when the food arrived cold. Only the soup in the wonton soup was warm, while the dumplings were cold. The rice was dry and cold, and the siomai was chewy. We asked the staff if they could reheat the food, as it seemed undercooked. I don’t mind staff talking, but the noise from the kitchen was so loud it was hard to ignore. The staff also didn’t seem very attentive. Overall, I was really let down by this experience. The chicken feet didn’t look appetizing and were unpleasant to eat. It gave me a bit of a food trauma.
