Not-so-good Story to share: I usually go to any starbucks branch at least 4-5 times per week to have chamomile tea and something to eat
BUT TODAY is well, a BAD DAY at Starbucks the Columns Branch -- at about 15 mins since I left the place, i called this branch (901-5698) to ask if there is a phone left in there and the manager said that there isn't any phone, as per logs. I even said to the mgr to check the 2nd flr but she said that there's no phone as if she's very sure -- seems like she's lazy to check; she could ask someone else to do that though...
I left my phone in there around 3:30 pm today, and called the branch at about 15-20minutes later. I know it's my fault to be careless but i am expecting that the staff would at least be cooperative in situations like these. It's not an expensive phone but I don't want to lose important/confidential messages i have in there and the numbers in my sim, plus i don't want to hassle myself to deactivate my postpaid and get a new one.
So, i just went back to Starbucks The Columns right after that waste-of-time call and i was able to get my phone back, from the same table at 2nd flr.
What kind of manager is that??? GRRRRRRR! Unfortunately I didn't mind asking the name or talking to her in person. Before I leave the place, I just told one staff to tell their manager that I've got the phone she said isn't there

Only 2 registers working (if youâre lucky) with a lineup of 20 people - each one wanting to load their App so they can get points. Youâll easily wait 20 to 30 minutes if you show up between 9:30 and 10⌠so say goodbye to your entire break time.
