Food is very good, service is lacking though.
We ordered a single California classic burger, crispy chicken sandwich, freedom fries, crunchy kangkong, naked birria burrito bowl. Came out to around 1.3k pesos / £19 and the portions are decent sizes.
They had no steak on the day we arrived so we had to swap our burrito order to a birria instead.
The place was empty and fairly clean for inside dining. I like the theming and the fact you can see right into the assembly line. It was very clean in the kitchen!
The food was all very flavourful and filling. Not the best burgers I've ever had but they were quite tasty and above average. Solid 8 out of 10s.
The main downside is the staff all seem to be slow. We were one of 4 orders at the time and the kitchen was still confused about who ordered what.
Fries were ready ages before anything else so were sitting there getting cold whilst burgers were still being made. Crew had absolutely no sense of urgency or haste so it was like watching snails cook.
Don't get me wrong, cooking from fresh takes a little longer, but at least put down more than 1 patty at a time and fry the chicken simultaneously when you have multiple orders coming through. We waited about 15 to 20 mins to get our meal.
I would avoid it during...
Read moreComing from the Navy, I believe in supporting local businesses—but this place? An absolute disappointment from the start. We ordered the so-called Fearless Chicken, which the staff enthusiastically recommended. What they conveniently forgot to mention is that it’s insanely spicy. My 7-year-old ordered it thinking it was just regular chicken—no signs, no verbal warning, nothing. Who recommends a dish like that to a kid without a heads-up?
To make matters worse, my wife got the same dish, and it came out undercooked. Not slightly under—it was clearly not safe to eat. We had to send both plates back, which ruined the entire meal for our family.
As for my dish—the Chipotle Crispy Chicken—it was tough, stringy, and borderline inedible. Honestly, I’ve had better meals in the Navy mess hall, and that’s saying something.
And don’t even get me started on the Starving Sailor sandwich. A supposed take on a Philly cheesesteak? Please. It should be renamed the “Overcooked Onion Melt”—because that’s all you taste. A soggy mess of onions drowning out the sad excuse for steak.
Maybe other locations do better, but this one? Never again. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone—not friends, not family, not even someone I don’t like. This was a complete waste of...
Read moreIf theres a 0 star rate to the manager, I would rate him ZERO. He’s very rude and unprofessional towards his staff. We ordered a snack and drinks and since we are booked in cocohuts we were told that we have a discount every time we order and when we ask to have discount he was called out from his office to give us discount and he looks unhappy about it and even asked for our room key to prove it, if he doesn’t like giving discount then they should not tie up with the hotel so it wouldn’t be so inconvenient for him to give discount towards the customer. There was also an incident that happened with the other customer that when the manager approached the staff who was handling the issue he was scolding her in front of us I think the manager needs re-training, that is very unprofessional and also that does not help with the well being of his...
