this was quite the cultural immersion!
we got the beef tteokbbokki: a korean street food favorite. it was the perfect balance of sweet and spicy;l: the two favorite for this simpleton! i had THREE full servings of it; i just couldn’t stop eating this amazing dish!
we also got their ditto nabe: a dish that brought me back to the simple times of my childhood. the noodles reminded me of a tsinoy binondo favorite: masuki!!! the dumplings were so soft and chunky. the broth is a good, clean, slightly sour taste.
they even gave us free fresh fruit and nachos, which paired really well with our bottle of house red wine and soju!
great meal in a great place! 5/5...

This place has the most delicious Korean food you'll try on the island, full stop. I'm not a fan of spicy food, yet I enjoyed every slurp of their jjamppong tang. The fried chicken was superbly crispy. Their sweet and sour pork was the best I've ever tasted (anywhere). The seafood pasta with cream cheese is a culinary fusion masterpiece, where a bite leads you to another one. The fried prawn is very tasty with the crispiest batter. The kimchi fried rice is exceptionally well made. You can clearly see that this food was prepared with heart.
I can't wait to come...
