First of all, no one was in front to greet welcome guests, and it was not even busy that time.
Second the server handed the food na parang gusto lang iitsa saken ung ramen
Third, the ramen WAS NOT HOT. I frequent your restaurant beforw and you always serve your ramen hot, umuusok sa init. This time it is LUKEWARM.
Fourth, binigyan lang ako ng water, walang condiments, no chopsticks. The customer beside me handed me lang chopsticks. Kasi tinatawag ko ung server pero hindi siya attentive sa customer at d siya lumingon.
Last and the most disappointing of all, i ordered the BLACK GARLIC TONKOTSU Ramen, and that is what I always order. As shown in the picture it is NOT BLACK. At walang flavor na garlic like it used to. The server asked me pa if I added something in it. I said wala dahil wala din nman condiments na binigay saken. And even if I added something, it should still be Black garlic like what it looks like sa photos. Duh.
I even checked photos from other reviews and BLACK NA BLACK yung ramen bowl na nasa picture na sinerve sa customer, as compared to what was served to me.
I ended up leaving na lang..baka ano pa ilagay sa iseserve sa akin, mahirap na.
Not worth the money. Not worth the trouble. garbage in...
Read moreThere were a lot of people in Megamall when we visited this place. I have always wanted to try to eat here since I have read good reviews.
We ordered ramen, beef gyudon, and cury tonkatsu. Ramen and cury tonkatsu is better than the other Japanese restaurants we have tried like Ukkokei and Marugame, it is not the best but not the worst either. I tried the gyudon and regretted it instantly, it was 90% fat strips, and 10% meat. It didn't taste awful but I wish there was more meat.
Service was just okay, the staff were corteous. Although, we were not provided option if we wanted to sit elsewhere. There was a couple waiting before us, and the waitress asked if it's okay that we were seated on one of the vacant seats already, they said okay but they didn't really ask us. It was not the best seat since they can't really see us resulting to multiple follow ups for spoon and fork for my sister's curry tonkatsu with rice order. I'm really bothered with the seats as it made me feel like there was some sort of discrimination.
Overall, it was an okay restaurant. Maybe I would try other branches or maybe when there's less people in this branch. I still want to try their ramen but I definitely won't go back for...

Place: It doesn't have a welcoming vibe. It looks sad and a little haunted. During the meal, we also smelled something like a rotten garbage. We just sat near the entrance. We had a cabinet beside us which I guess is a makeshift for trash.
Service: The one who greeted us at the entrace looked professional but cold. Never saw her smile. She took our order and never asked to repeat. In the end, we ordered 2 Spicy Tobanjan Tonkotsu Ramen but only one was delivered. When realized what happened, no one apologized. It could have been okay but in the end, it felt like it was our entire fault. The one who brought our food was not courteous like the usual restau servers. The only silver lining was the one who processed our bill. Speaking of bill, billing took too long.
Food: We ordered Spicy Tobanjan Tonkotsu Ramen and it's the worst Ramen we ever had. The noodles are orange in color and had a very weird aftertaste. The smell was unbearable too. Maybe it's just ignorance but definitely won't be coming back. The gyoza is okay but...
