I wanted to take a moment to share my feedback regarding our recent visit to Shakey's for my son's birthday celebration.
While we were excited to celebrate this special occasion at your establishment, unfortunately, our experience did not meet our expectations. Despite informing the staff about my son's birthday and requesting a small acknowledgment, such as a song or a small cake no one do it. They just say that they only have ice cream for the celebrant but didnt seeved it. Additionally, throughout our meal, we noticed a lack of attentiveness from the staff. They served our food without checking in on us or addressing any additional needs we may have had.
Furthermore, we observed that some staff members appeared preoccupied with gossiping, which was concerning given the relatively quiet atmosphere during our visit. Even the manager on duty did not take the opportunity to thank us for choosing Shakey's for our celebration.
Of particular disappointment was the fact that despite multiple requests, no staff members sang for my son's birthday. This lack of acknowledgment during a special occasion was disheartening and not what we had anticipated.
Overall, our experience was marred by the lack of attentiveness and customer service from the staff. As a result, we left feeling disappointed and unlikely to return in the future.

When we arrived the guard is busy using his phone. Once we entered the resto we noticed that all the staffs are busy talking to each other. They didn’t even bother to guide us to our table. There are only 3 tables occupied and yet their staffs didn’t even serve us menu coz they are busy with I don’t know what.
We waited for 20 mins but staffs did not gave us menu or get our order. They are not busy, they serve other people but they chose not to treat us the same. Is racism part of your customer service coz if you do I will appeal to people that to boycot your brand.
I know na your staffs might be tired but you are in the hospitality industry and those actions are not acceptable. Imagine even their store manager did not bother to ask why we are leaving their store.
Calling Shakeys Management I hope you don’t tolerate this kind of service and I hope you will train your staffs to be better also...

Not only did we wait for a long while to be seated (we were a group of 12 and imagine we were blocking the doorway but still we need to followup for them to give us a table) other branches would normally give you the menu while waiting for a table and even get your order in advance but here no one even bothered to approach us... also, we came from a graduation ceremony, and we asked if they could give something to the graduates but they didn't get any. Im not sure if there should be a promo or something but after my son's moving up ceremony we celebrated at another branch, i also asked if they could.give something to the graduate and they gave him...
