Drive-thru counter service is okay. Service time depends on time of the day and volume of people inside the restaurant. With this in mind, expect a good 5 to 10 minutes at the drivr-thru waiting for your orders to be prepared. I wouldn't mind waiting, really, but the thing is, the place where they put and/or store their trash is also at the drive-thru lane. It stinks so bad to the point that it turns you off. As expected, the taste of the food is great and delicious. Service is also admirable, I love to see youngsters diligently doing their tasks without complain and grievance BUT I am very disappointed to their utensils, more specifically to the spoon and fork, I can see leftovers placed in the spoon and to be honest, IT WAS SO GROSS. :( I bet they just rinsed off the remains with water but without dishwashing soap/liquid haaay. Kitchen crew are having a hard time catching up with orders. They only have 1 working cash register during certain times even if the queue is long. Managers are as usual, aren’t the best in the philippine professional industry. There are also a lot of stupid customers around who cannot decide what to order and takes about 15 mins just to complete their transaction. Not a very good place if you want “fast” transaction.
