Upon entering the premises, I noted the sudden change in temperature. I asked one of the barista whether it is really warm inside. He just gave me a very short answer of YES, without explaining. Since I am in a need of place to work, and theirs is barely filled compared to the competition, I decided to stay. I went to the cashier to order, the guy was in a far gaze without paying attention to me. I waited until he was ready to take my order. I asked for the sizes of their drink and he gave me a confused look. I repeated my request and he replied with S, M, L without showing me. So I asked again, still giving me the confused look, until he obliged albeit unwillingly. I think he is not trained to...

The cashier with the short name or one word i believe gave me a rude attitude when she attended my order and payment. Her facial expression was irritating to look at. I ordered 2 pastas and they prepared it on a take out, paper container of course it has a lid so i was disappointed while eating. I asked an extra plate and they gave me another takeout container. Lol. It was uncomfortable since it has small space for me to enjoy my food. It was too sub standard.. your baristas literally taking a short cut! I ordered the same in Malolos branch and they served my Pesto in a plate! Fix your baristas in BC-SMSL! Not gonna visit...
