Kenny Rogers Roasters - Lucky Chinatown — Restaurant in Manila

For many years now, I have been at numerous different branches of Kenny's. I mainly like their sides and muffin. Chicken is of course great too.

They used to play Kenny Rogers songs. Now it is modern pop.

There is toilet and separate hand wash here inside. You can request service water.

They have free wifi but when we asked for voucher, we were told wifi was not available. So sad!

The staff was kind enough to give us extra gravy when we requested one.

For the side sampler, you can't choose rice there. Also, when I saw the serving tray there's a lot of apples, so I chose fresh fruit salad. But when my order came, not one apple slice went in the mix, but it's 90% pineapple huhu... Good thing I instructed the cashier to put peach in there, so there were also two bits of peach and three halves of grapes. It really should have been called pinya salad. Lol.

Healthy calorie is almost perfect, love the sauce and the way the fish is cooked, it's just the steamed veggies is bland.

The food was decent, I don't know the exact name of the order but it was a chicken part with two sides. First, the chicken was a little bit uncooked. The fruit salad side was a little bit too sweet, I couldn't finish it, and the apple used tasted like a cheap apple found on market sales.

Service, I wouldn't know how the service went on the cashier since I didn't order but the service when we asked for hot sauce and ketchup was too slow, they probably even forgot that we requested for it. So we had to ask someone again, and this time we asked the woman who was cleaning the table beside us, and again it was quite slow, maybe it took time since she was cleaning, but she could've asked someone on the counter(there were like 4-5 people on the counter),(keep in mind that it was just a hot sauce and ketchup we asked for). The time we received the hot sauce and ketchup, one of us complained about how long it took, in exchange she has an attitude now ಠ⁠_⁠ಠ.

this branch sucks. we dined here earlier and our experience was disappointing. they are the one deciding which one to be replaced without informing customers. we've ordered truffle pasta and it comes with garlic bread, yet since the garlic bread wasn't available, they decided to change it into muffin without even informing us. girl?? if it wasn't available, then the boh should at least inform the foh what's not available and are available, so they don't endorse it to your customer. please teach your staff to at least inform your customer before deciding for themselves. we've been eating here since then but today's experience sucks. the truffle and muffin combination wasn't giving, duh. we might opt to dine in another branch...
