Had a good time here. Food was nice and service was great.

The only thing that I did not like is the number of the menus and promos; it was a bit confusing.

They throw you all the menus that they have. They're gonna give a thick normal menu which contains all the pizzas, pastas, chickens, mojos, basically everything that they have. And promos/family meals accdg to your group size.

Then there's another menu for a promo that has pizzas, pastas, garlic bread, chicken, mojos, and iced tea. And you can choose the size for your group. Which is also available in the main menu. So what is this menu for?

And then there's another menu for a promo which is basically the same as the previous one; pizza, pasta, garlic bread, chicken, mojos, and iced tea. The difference is the super card that comes with it. But yes, it's the same thing.

And another menu for the flavored mojos. And a lot more promos and inserts. So many menus for the same thing.

So what am I ranting about? Because this is wasting time.

Of course, we filipinos wants the best deal. Now we, the customers, had to go thru all the menus because we want what's best. But multiple menus are offering the same thing. So what's the point of it?

This also wastes time for the restaurant. You don't want your customers wasting time going thru all the menus. You want them to enjoy their meal and then leave so you can serve the next customer. The customers wasting 15mins on the menus won't earn you anything. And of course the customers also have to wait for the food to be served which also takes 15-30mins.

So my suggestion is to simplify your menu, this will save time for the customers and the restaurant will be able to accomodate more customers...

While the experience was mostly positive, there were a few notable issues. Let's start with the good: the food was fantastic! I ordered the famous thin-crust pizza and the mojos, and they were as delicious as ever. The pizza had that perfect balance of flavors, and the mojos were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside – just how I like them. The menu offers a wide range of choices, and everything we tried was top-notch.

The service was also excellent. The staff were friendly, attentive, and quick to accommodate requests. They really made sure we had everything we needed, which was a big plus for the dining experience.

However, the waiting time was a bit of a letdown. It took much longer than expected for our food to arrive. This wouldn't have been such a problem if we weren't already hungry, but the wait definitely tested our patience.

Another challenge was the parking. It was difficult to find a spot, and the limited parking space caused a lot of congestion. I had to wait a while just to park the car, which added to the overall waiting time.

Overall, Shakey's still delivers when it comes to food and service, but the long wait and parking hassles took away from what could have been an even better experience. I’d recommend visiting during off-peak hours if you want to avoid...

The food is good not excellent but good. Especially their Salads. Their salads are excellent you won't regret it. Their pizzas are for me average and of soso taste. Passable but not the one you are looking for coming back in there. The chicken they serve is on par with Jollibee. Recommended. The service is excellent. You feel like they are giving it their all of catering to everything you need no comment on that. The Ambiance of the place is nice because it is not crowded and it's a peaceful way to relax and enjoy a meal of your favourite salad 🥗 and chicken. The 🍕 pizza which they are the ones advertising are not too shabby but to me they simply lack that desired Filipino taste.. Plus they lack ice 🍨 creams and milkshakes which we desire to eat during our excursion there. That was really a blow to their prestige as a fancy fastfood restaurant. I would give that a 1.
