Made my day worse! The service was bad. We had to follow up several times on things. They’d keep saying, “okay, wait po” but then proceed to not do anything about our issue anyway.

The food was really bland. The buffalo chicken was dry and tasted like cheap powdered cheese. The chicken mushroom was dry too. I tried their mozzarella sticks and they didn’t taste like anything at all. The iced tea was watered down to the point that you could barely taste it. The tomato arugula was fine. I enjoyed the free water.

The staff were pretty unprofessional. (1) They took the chips and we asked for it back + follow up but they never gave it black lol. (2) They gave me the wrong receipt. I had to follow up two times (took about 10-15 minutes) and all they had to say was “wait po”. What pissed me off the most is there was a foreigner who was eating in front of us and they got a wrong receipt too. Instead of making them wait too, the staff spent their time looking at what was wrong, and that’s only the time when they realized that they made a mistake.

It made me annoyed as a costumer that I had to keep waiting and following up, pero the other customer with the same concern, they looked at the issue agad instead of asking them to “wait” too. So parang pag kami okay lang paghintayin pero pag iba hinahanap niyo agad kung ano problema?

Anyway, I’ve tried better TGIFs before in terms of food and service. This one is the worst restaurant I’ve ever been to. Paki-ayos naman po ang service and quality of food. The money and time we spent aren’t a joke. :) Mag Chili’s...

Ordered Pan seared Halibut with Aglio Olio Pasta Mango Delightchee Half Rack Baby Back Ribs

The Halibut was awful. Lesson learned, always smell the food being served before tasting it. The Halibut smelled like ammonia. It was a hard smell, I couldn't barely stand the smell of it. Unluckily, I had a few bite and after tasting it, I initially thought it was not properly cooked lang kc it tasted like bitter or malansa. Then I tried to smell it and that's when I found out that it was no longer fresh or nearly got stuck in the freezer for so long bec of the "ammonia" smell. I always vomit when I smelled it. While the aglio olio pasta was just plain okay. Nothing fancy.

The Mango Delightchee was too sweet bec of the syrup/extract of the lychee. Just add water or ice to lessen the sweetness.

The baby back ribs was also not fresh. I was so dry and was like been reheated a few times na because it has a lot of burnt sides. Overall it was dry and not juicy/tender to eat.

This is an honest review and I hope thid branch could improve also their customer service. The staff (woman) who took our order whenever we call her (we asked for bbq sauce and spoons) always responds by saying "Ha?" I dont know if thats the right way to ask or respond...

I'm still sitting here waiting to pay, so this is a great time to write about how terrible the service has been tonight.

The wait to get in was short, I waited longer to get any kind of service once I was seated. 15 minutes in I have someone come to take my order. I already knew everything I wanted and laid it out. 20-25 minutes she said. 40 minutes after this, nothing, not even a drink. A few more minutes and my drink shows, 10 more (almost an hour in) everything else shows up, "appetizer" and main course. I guess they don't understand the concept of appetizers? Well, the kitchen did because the chicken bites were cold and had probably been sitting not sent to my table for 30 minutes.

Did I mention they also dropped off some chips and salsa with my food? Well, they did, and they were nasty. Undercooked and soft, and gummy.

So I've attached pictures of the sizzling chicken. Where's the chicken? It's the smallest mote of chicken known to man.

Never did get a refill. I've been done eating about 20 minutes now, and there's noone available to take my money. I don't think they'd notice if...
