Bonchon Chicken - Festival Mall — Restaurant in Muntinlupa

First off, the chicken flavors are good BUT the flavor is normally just on the skin. Once you bite on the meat, the flavor is lost and the taste of the meat is just plain. This is consistent in any of the BonChon branches that I have visited. The price is relatively higher as compared to other fastfood offerings (specifically on chicken meals). What they have however are variety as their menu includes beef and shrimp. They also oftentimes offer discounts or promos so it will be a good thing to look out for. For the Festival branch, I was there with a few times already. The location is good. The interior is also ok and conducive for single or group meals. Latest experience had me sitting in a table that was not wiped down well. The customers was not that many when I had my meal (around 3pm already), so it was a bit disappointing to find a table not wiped properly. Tried to point it out to the staff who brought my food but the person seemed not to hear me and turned their back immediately and went to another area. Went here just recently, my colleagues and I ordered at the same time with the same table number. Now, everyone got their food except for me who waited for at least 30 minutes to get my food. I normally wouldn't complain about long wait time, but when I got my food (I ordered a simple chikin chops BYN with a cup of rice, that's basically it), it was so damn cold. The taste is okay, but it does not compensate me from waiting that long and I got my order cold? The rice even has steam, but...

This branch served good food before, but now it seemed its neglected by the owner. Checkout my photo below of the side shredded vegies or whatever they call it. it has already dark edges and wondered why they still serve this despite their above average price. Shrimp tempuras are tiny, and a very small sauce dip. Their cashiers gives priority chatting with each other than attending to ordering customers. Tells a lot about these employees are just there to get paid and care less...
