I am a Fil-Am visting from the States and I was sitting on a bench in front of the restaurant with my Pinay fiance. We ordered drinks, and asked if they served food. They unfortunately didn't. So we asked if we could order from the restaurant next door and eat our food where we already sitting. The server said yes. After being served our drinks, she asked how long we would be sitting there. We were curious and said probably until we finished our meal, which hadn't been brought out yet. She informed us that at 21:30, our location was reserved for guests arriving at that time. She said that if needed, she could relocate us to another table. We agreed and waited for our food to come out. A few moments later, she came back and informed us that new location was also reserved and she would do her best to find as an available table if needed.
This is when I noticed that all the tables had reserved plaquards on them, all of them with Korean names. So now I'm starting to wonder. A few moments later, again, a different server came out and asked us to move to a different table. My fiancé and I obliged. After sitting at the new table, this new server then came back and told us we may have to move because the new table we were sitting at was reserved. My fiancé lost it at this point and went off. She wanted to know why were being treated differently than the Koreans sitting around us. Many of them were not asked to move.
I couldn't care less what anyone else who reads this review thinks, this place was simply being racist to anyone who wasn't Korean. This is simply pathetic. I noticed that western couple came in and sat, but eventually left after never being served.
If you think you'd like to sit and order a coffee or shake, and you're not Korean, don't waste your time. The staff is Pinay, so they are probably instructed to do as told, but the owner/management instructs them to do this, then spend your PHP elsewhere. The establishment is obviously catering to strictly Koreans and couldn't care less about making money off any other...
Read moreMe and my Filipino American boyfriend sat in the outside front part of Thier restaurant and order drinks from them since they don't serve food. So we asked them if it's okay if we order food from the next restaurant to be brought in here and they said it's fine. I noticed that all Thier guests are Koreans, servers are Filipinos but the store has both Philippines and Korean flags on it. While sipping on the drinks they served us and watched the ongoing live bands from neighboring restaurants, one server came to us and told us that our seat is actually reserved for someone else so they told us that when they arrived, we will be asked to be trasfered so I agreed and said "no problem". Sooner, without anyone arriving to occupy that seat we were in, they again came and ordered for us to move to another table, so we agreed and brought our drinks with us. About less than five minutes, another server came to us and again told us that this seat we are in is reserved for someone else, and I'm like okay that's unlucky 2nd time huh I just smiled and agreed. So finally we are in our third Table anf this is when our foods just arrived, Just when we about to eat, another server came and told us that we must not stay long coz the table is reserved for someone else.. I'm like? What? This third Table? Come on! We haven't even started eating yet! I just lost it all. Because all the people in there are Koreans but they are not asked to move out or shipped to few tables away, but us specially my native-filipino-looking American fiancee they have the guts to do that racist thing to him? Ohh boy..well, he is just calm and collected,...

EDIT: You owner are not only rude but also a liar, what would I gain from leaving a review from a place I never visited?? Yes, I was a guest. My experience was true. I’ll even attach a photo for you. This is true experience and an honest feedback. Instead of learning from it, you’d rather discredit. Shame on you.
We visited Dokdo two days in a row and while the first day seemed okay, there were already some red flags. During the fire show, the staff would consistently ask Filipino guests not to stand up so others could see which is understandable BUT what’s disturbing is they only enforced this rule on Filipinos. Korean guests were left alone, even when they were the ones standing and blocking the view. That already felt discriminatory, but we gave them the benefit of the doubt and returned the next day. On our second visit, we politely asked the Korean guests sitting near some empty seats if those spots were taken. They said, “No” So we sat down. Then a staff member approached us and told us to move because the seats were “reserved.” Mind you there was no table, no sign, and nothing indicating a reservation. Moments later, a Korean family sat in the exact spot, and the staff just let them be. No explanation. No apology. We were left standing. If you’re Filipino, don’t even bother going to this place. They clearly cater only to Koreans and treat locals like second-class customers. If your business only wants to serve Koreans, then maybe you should run it in Korea. This is the Philippines, and Filipinos deserve respect in their...
