Located at the hot beach of Alona in Panglao, Halomango offers an ice cream that is made out of Philippines' proud fruit - Mango.
The place was great although it's a bit tiny but the staffs were friendly and very smiling to us which I really liked. They don't have lot a food and beverage items to choose from probably because they are meant for a quick snacking and by way the food items are good for take outs which can be eaten by the beach perhaps?
We ordered a solo mango ice cream that was surprisingly huge which makes sense for a Php200.00 worth of frozen dessert.    Read moreEvery time we went pass this place, thereâs a bunch of people queuing for it so we decided to also give it a try. We ordered the mango cut cup and mango holic, gotta say that we are pretty disappointed. Firstly, the soft serve is way too sweet to our taste and it somewhat tastes artificial. We accidentally had a few drop on our clothes, and the yellow stain couldnât be washed away. The mango itself is very sour and doesnât taste fresh. This place also is relatively expensive. We are more than happy to pay for that price if it were good food. But overall experience is just meh. Definitely wonât come back and also wonât recommend to try...
