The pillow in the room is soft and comfortable. If you want to have another bed they will help you with it. Although there is no WiFi in the room, you can go to the lobby any time to use the internet while it is quiet and pleasant the stay there. Honestly I think the bathroom is nice and clean, it is easy to clean since they provide a shower head next to the toilet. However the bathroom have no door locks. If you are hungry, you can go to the hotel restaurant where great food is provided in an affordable price. After that you can swim in the pool the relax. The pool has different depths suitable for adults or children. If you want to go out for shopping or swimming in the sea, you just have to take a 5 minutes walk.(I just need 2 minutes) There is a dive shop called big blue where it is in the hotel area, renting and planning for a dive is easy, since they are organized and efficient. You don’t have the carry your own equipment, they bring them on to the boat for you! Over all this is an amazing hotel, and I recommend it to divers who want to relax and see a large variety of sea creatures. ( I saw 1. jack storm 2. sardine storm 3. barracuda storm 4. puffer fish 5. nudibranch 6. lion fish 7. sea turtle ( I was able to swim with them so close) 8. shrimp 9. Sharks 10. crab 11. eel 12. sea creatures with bioluminescent (can produce light) 13. sea snakes 14. tube worm 15. flying fish 16. Nemo 17. stone fish 18. urchin 19. whale shark 20. IDK name of this thing cause so many

Very nice hotel, beautiful common areas, very friendly staff and excellent cleanliness. The basic room is very clean, the only flaws are the lack of furniture to put suitcases and clothes on, and the bathroom does not have a shower box. It is located in a small street in the middle of nowhere but very safe, the main street of Alona is only a 7 min walk from the beach through a narrow street not very visible and not illuminated, but in two girls we never had problems. In case you don't like going through that small road, you can go through a wider road but it takes 20 minutes, otherwise you take the tuc tuc. Highly recommended!

Nice hotel. Could do with a fridge and kettle in the rooms. It's a short walk to the beach and it's many bars and restaurants. The pool is big and clean. It has a deeper than average part of the pool. There is hot and cold water on tap available in a communal area. The shower isn't that good for hot water. Overall a nice place. Very clean.

Pros:-Beautiful swimming pool w/lifeguard-clean room-Gugma Restaurant serves delicious food-friendly staff except for that one female front desk in the morning as well as the no show managerCons:-Misleading Information and must be updated! The ad shows that the hotel has all the amenities that we looked for are wifi/wired internet in the rooms, swimming pool and few steps from the beach but it's not. We checked in late at night and the location is far from the beach, wifi is available at their Gazebo or lobby area with mosquitos.-There are 2 different hotel branches, one is few steps from Alona beach proper with wifi in the rooms but no pool and the other one is their 2nd newer branch which is 1 tuktuk ride away from Alona beach proper no wifi in the rooms, wired internet isn't working but with swimming pool.-I was upfront to the hotelier that I travel for work and measure and need all those amenities that were stated on the website, but the remedy they kept insisting is to move us to their other branch which is older, no pool with wifi in the room as they do not have the wifi nor wired internet in their room at their 2nd hotel and that we can just go their in the morning to use their pool 🤣-No one from the hotel apologize, not even a Manager's shadow reachout -Trip.com said sorry and provide compensation but it's not enough for the lost working hours due to the mosquito bites I had while I tried to work at the lobby but was not able to tolerate it as I am afraid of having Dengue, did not get anything from the hotel's management-tricycle/tuktuk will cost you 100 pesos per way PRICEY-we tried to walk to the beach as there is another route close to the 2nd hotel but the way is rocky and stairs were steep as it was meant for divers or island Hopper not the white strip that were posted on the website-corkage fee so better to buy at the restaurant at the hotel or eat outside**AGAIN THERE ARE 2 DIFFERENT HOTEL BRANCH WITH DIFFERENT ADDRESSES AND AMENITIES, SO BE CAREFUL IN BOOKING ESPECIALLY IF YOU TRAVEL FOR WORK AND NEEDS WIFI...

First impression last and it wasn’t a good experienced.

First when we checked in, one of the family room’s aircon doesn’t work. So the Male staff asked us to move in to the next room however, the room was too small like a standard room good for 2 person. I explained that we need the family room because it won’t fit for us and since that’s what we paid for. It was so irritating because the guy keeps on insisting that we should just use it anyway and when i requested to speak to the manager, the staff asked me to look for myself dismissively. So, finally the aircon was fixed later in the evening. They knew that we are coming and we even checked in late because we went on a day tour that day.

Secondly, there’s quite few things that aren’t in the room, other room has toiletries like toilet roll while others doesn’t, toilet door has no lock, We also asked for bathroom mat because there’s none and it’s flooding due to poor location of the floor sink Additionally, We even asked for make up room the next day before going on island tour so they can top up coffee and tea bags, but when we got back it wasn’t done, so we reminded the staff again and thankfully they did.

Thirdly, upon checkout we all are rushing to have breakfast due to limited time so we could go to the airport soonest possible, that’s why we ordered ahead of time, however it seems like we didn’t order in advance. Subsequently, after finished eating our meals most of our hot drinks wasn’t still served, we still waited but to our dismay we just left, we can understand if there’s lots of customers but that wasn’t the case. Lastly, some of the staff are not approachable and helpful at least. Except the security guy, the only friendly staff we met...
