Read moreThis location gets crazy busy during lunch & dinner rush hours so try to avoid those times by coming at earlier or later times. If u come at rush hours, everything is bad: food quality, service, accuracy, seating, waiting time, etc. For fast food in Philippines, price is not cheap unless u eat small portions or get the set family menu. If u start ordering varieties, cost starts to add up fast, and it's better to dine at a restaurant nearby for similar cost. McDonald's is few feet away if Jolibee is too crowded but I'd avoid both places during rush hours. NOTE: All orders r placed via kiosk on left side as u walk in but u can take the order # and pay at register. Recommend 1 person to order while 2nd person tries to find seating. Service is typical filipino style, s-l-o-w, so don't expect food to come out fast. The line for kiosk, line for paying, and line for finding seatings are all l-o-n-g. That's why I can't recommend this location during rush hours. Portions r also small so u probably need 2 orders per adult if u r non-Filipino. Fried chicken is best tasting but v salty so rice is good with it. Fries r ok but mine was a bit soggy. Most disappointing were overcooked spaghetti and fancy looking desserts & drinks that were...
Read moreI’ve been craving and waiting to have jollibee since yesterday , I bought half spicy and half not spicy , to my surprise they only put all Not spicy . So I guess service is 1 . I am disappointed . And I dont want to walk 10 minutes to return it in this very hot day , thank you for ruining my appetite.
So we went back there and they wanted the original reciept which we left home .
When we pressed that machine where we ordered we pressed half spicy , half original . Who knows the cashier just punched in all original ?
But we are sure we ordered half spicy half original .
What I didn’t like was they were trying to make it look like our fault . But pretty sure we discussed the order. 2 of us were looking at the screen we we pressed our ordere .
Didn’t say sorry . Until my partner made it clear that it was not our fault because we made sure that was our order.
I return the 3 not spicy chicken and All I wanted was sorry or give me spicy chicken, or voucher for spicy chicken or refund ,
But after discussion they gave us a refund. Because I wouldn’t eat the not spicy chicken because it was not what I...
