McDonald’s Panglao — Restaurant in Panglao

We came in and ordered at the kiosk. I ordered a double cheeseburger no pickles, no onions, no mustard. I like my burgers plain. Order arrives and there is ketchup on the burger. There was no option to remove the ketchup on the kiosk. No worries my mistake. I go stand in line for the till so I can order a new burger the way I want it. (happy to pay for my own mistake!) it was dinner time so the line was long but no worries I waited. I get to the second place in line and they open up a new til and the crew member says “payment here!” And looks at me. I tell her I’m waiting to order and she gets the next guest to pay. No problem. I get to the front of the line and the lady says “next” and I try to order and she tells me I’m not allowed to order at the til. I have to order at the kiosk. I explain that I can’t order the burger the way I want it on the kiosk. (I just want a plain cheeseburger. Nothing crazy) and she tells me I have to order and pay on the kiosk then come tell them I want it plain. The line for the til took 15 minutes. By the time I order on the kiosk and stand in line the burger will have already been made and not the way I wanted it! Anyways they were not very kind about it and I don’t understand why the First Lady let me continue to stand in line if I’m not allowed to order at the till. Apparently they are out of breakfast food. Only thing that seems to be available is an eggdesal or fried chicken. I'd be happy with a cheeseburger, but can't get that for three more hours. I am not a fan of McD, but always have more problems at this one than any other McD I have ever been to. I am American, so I have basic and low expectations for McD, but I have lived in China, South America, and been to many other countries... This one is the worst I have ever been to. Still, I come back out of necessity. Too often it is the only option available... And too often, food in "not available."

Another day…another problem. I placed an order for delivery. After waiting an hour for the food to arrive, they called and told us they didn’t have a driver and that we should use a different delivery service. I used their app because I thought it would be better. Last time I ordered through Grab, they cancelled after I waited an hour. Plus, the grab app won’t let you order solo burgers. After arguing with them for 15 minutes, they found a driver but wanted to charge me more money.

Horrible service every time at this location. By far the worst McDonald’s ever. Four hungry kids at home waiting for McDo, now I have to wait another hour for someone...
