I had the chance to try Shabunoki's Pasay branch and ordered their wagyu set with unlimited cheese, enoki, beef and pork, and oysters with butter and garlic. The meat selection, including pork and beef, was decent. We were a group of three adults and two kids (one at 50% off and the other for free), but the serving sizes for each order were disappointingly small. It felt like they expected us to ration each portion—almost as if one piece of meat per person was the standard.
What made the experience frustrating was the long wait time. After finishing a round, we had to wait about 30 minutes for the next batch of raw meat to arrive. To make things worse, the staff constantly reminded us about the no-leftovers policy—something already clearly stated on the menu and tables. We got the message the first time; repeating it with every serving felt unnecessary and even a bit rude.
The overall service left a lot to be desired. The servers often gave us judgmental looks, as if assuming we wouldn’t pay. Some of the female staff were visibly irritable, and the guard was outright rude from the moment we arrived until we left. He was especially unpleasant towards my child, which was completely uncalled for. It made us wonder if he was just having a bad day or if that’s really how he treats customers.
While the food itself was good, the ambiance and service ruined the experience. I wouldn’t return to this branch, nor would I recommend it. If I ever decide to eat at Shabunoki again, I’d consider trying a different location—but this one? Definitely...

We had a car issue on our way and messaged them that we would be late. Around 12MN, they messaged us advising that they ran out of rice, kimchi, and fish cake and asked if we would still proceed, and I said yes. When we got there, the guard advised us of the side dishes problem and handed out the menu so we could choose the package. We were called to sit down, and all the items are already on the table ( saving time since you can eat only for 2 hrs). 699 for unli pork, beef, and seafood samgyup is well worth it.
