I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt but ...anyway....last straw...OWNER NOTE THIS....they are always out of a few things on the menu. I spoke to manager on duty tonight, June 21, 2018. His name was Mark and I told him they were out of 2 of the 3 things I wanted to order. The only chicken available was breast part. They didn't have thigh or leg even if I waited 18 minutes like I normally do.....another long story...lol....What if someone likes dark meat??? No hot dogs either. So, i told him he just lost a customer and he smiled and said" ok, thanks, next in line."He said that the commissary didn't let them have stocks of those items and that that was it. It was fine because that is the way it is. I thought the OWNER of Jolibee Hanston/SanMiguel ought to KNOW that his manager not only cannot stock his store properly to fulfill the menu you guys so passionately advertise as available but that you guys have lost a customer and he doesn't care. Now, the saddest part of this review is that this is the only time I have ever written it down. if I published all the bad reviews I have experienced at Jolibee, especially this location, it would have been at least 20 in a year. Read moreI’ve always enjoyed Jollibee, but this visit was very disappointing. My cousin and I ordered palabok, chicken, and a few other items. We were told the chicken would take 20 minutes and the palabok 10 minutes. After 20 minutes, none of our food was ready. Ten minutes later, the palabok and some drinks finally came out. Another 10 minutes passed, and when we asked about the chicken (now 40 minutes after ordering), the staff member we spoke with said it was still not ready and responded quite rudely.
What was more frustrating was seeing other customers, who seemed to be related to the staff, receive their food first even though they ordered later. It was not even busy as there were only a couple of people in line when we arrived. After almost an hour of waiting, we finally got our food, only to find the chicken undercooked and a strand of hair in the palabok.
I hope the management can look into this incident and remind the staff about proper food handling, fairness in service, and showing courtesy to customers. I truly hope my next visit will reflect the usual warm and reliable service Jollibee...

I ordered 4 items - chicken spaghetti, french fries regular, choco sundae and peach mango pie - and bec it’s 4 items, they divided the bill into 4 and calculate the discount. The discount appeared to be so small because they assumed that 4 people will eat that 4 items instead of just 1. They could have just calculated the discount from chicken spaghetti and a dessert but they didn’t. The manager pretended not to hear my disappointment - what’s the use of having a store manager if they can’t handle the customer complaints or concerns.
