DO NOT ORDER GRAB FROM THIS OUTLET!I only really do comments when it's really good but this outlet.. this outlet is so very special. Within a span of two days they manage to do the same very frustrating mistake. Tuesday ordered the California Burger double thru grab and some freedom fries, Fries wasn't available which was ok but they gave me the California Burger - Single. I only realized it after 2 bites and they charged the grab driver and I full prize for the double burger. Naturally I called the grab driver, which who already received another order, grab driver then need to be inconvenienced by going to the outlet and say the complaint. Teller assured me that I am going to be reimbursed my change next day, which thankfully happened plus a complimentary burger. Though not sure if the driver was compensated for his massive inconvenience. After 2 days, and because I really love the taste of their burger, I tried ordering again but this time I double checked the burger suspicions was correct for it was again a single patty burger but was charged for the double patty. Accompanied the grab downstairs but numbers were all not available or busy. Grab then offered to pay the difference then took a picture of the burger. Came in for a burrito to try this place and come to find out that they couldn't serve burgers, burritos or quesadillas. What blows my mind is that 60% of their menu is made up of those three main items. I have never tried their brand and never actually ate their food. It just confuses me of how unprepared they were. Your in the food business to sell food and to make money and you cannot sell 60% of your menu? Do yourself a favor and stay away from a place this like, places like this tend to not take care of their food product and will probably get you sick because they cannot get their ordering right. Open 24 hours... Sounds like closing soon because of the lack of sales when you can go to Jolly Bee and get the same fried chicken and rice...
