Worst dinning experience we had here. Arrived around 530pm and no one to entertain guest so i call their attention and still waited for around 10mins for someone to assist us. After 15mins we were seated already and we ordered the waiter told us to wait fir around 30mins, we told him its ok. But after 40mins they serve us the ensaymada which is cold already and the hot chocolate is also cold and watery it takes 40mins to serve the ensaymada and hot choco its way off. Then they serve my molo soup which is also cold wow a cold soup for 45mins waiting time. I called the attention of the other waiter to reheat the soup. Then they serve us 2main dish which is grilled shrimp, and baked salmon for my youngest kid and for my wife which is also cold. Then almost an hour already i called the waiter attention again to follow up the other 2 main dish whish is the meathy plate and grilled porkchop which is also cold. The garlic sotanghon is also cold. We told them to serve our halo halo and cake me and my wife kidding our kids that all the food is cold maybe the halo halo would be hot😂😂 when serve its cold but ice cream is melt and the ice is hard maybe they make it early and put it in the freezer so the crush ice is hard ti mix. Well its a bad experience dinning here, we would understand if the place is big but not its around 8 to 10tables only... Price is pricey for small portion. Service is worst here....

My wife made an order to deliver food in hour apartment at the Grass Residence which is very very near from their restaurant that will take me only 25 to 30 minutes walk. The order was made at 4pm and the lady from Contis Trinoma said that our order will be delivered at 8pm. At 7:45 pm, we received a call from their dispatch that the delivery will be late by 15 minutes. 8:20 pm came and no delivery man yet so we called them up to follow up. We talked to not so accommodating manager who told us that it's on its way just wait. We can not wait any longer and we are all starving so we heat up our left over food from our refrigerator. At around 9:10 pm a knock came from the door, I opened it while we were eating and there he is the delivery boy from Contis. I said to the man that I would not accept it anymore and I was so furious but he begged to me to accept the order or it will all be charged to him, out of pity I paid for it.
I really love their food but very disappointed with the way the Contis manager handle their customers. No appologies nor gratitude. Wish I can get back that 1 star I gave for satisfaction. Bad experience,...

Instead, staff Paul informed me that BPI refused to accept my payment...a VERY HUMILIATING experience I never had elsewhere in any small, medium, or big store in the entire Philippines.
Business Officer Allan showed up when I insisted a card transaction only as a way to protect myself from touching the store's unsanitized card machine.
Well, Allan pretended he didn't know my conversation with his staff Paul by saying, "LET'S TRY YOUR CARD."
I saw staff Paul talk to Business Officer Allan when the former refused to accept my BPI card because the transaction cost was below the store's required minimum amount, as mentioned by Paul himself.
LESSONS?
POST YOUR CORPORATE POLICY REGARDING THE MINIMUM AMOUNT FOR CARD TRANSACTIONS.
DON'T TEACH YOUR EMPLOYEES TO LIE TO CUSTOMERS.
BPI DOESN'T IMPOSE A TRANSACTION AMOUNT FOR ITS CLIENTS.
ONE REASON TRANSACTIONS FAIL IS DUE TO THE CLIENT'S INSUFFICIENT BANK FUNDS.
