First things first, Ive seen people label this as a fine dining restaurant. It's not. It's more of a family/ casual restaurant. Let's not get confused on what a fine dining actually is. With that out of the way, here's the review.
Food quality - 4/5 Food taste good. Its one of the better filipino restaurant out there. It does not have any dish that particularly stands out. Like manam with their sinigang sa watermelon or sentro 1771 with their sinigang na corned beef. Besides that food is good overall and any other criticism is minor nitpicking.
Serving size - 3/5 Their serving size is the same as any restaurant with this price point. There are restaurants out there with bigger serving size at the same price.
Customer service - 2/5 Take this with a grain of salt as this is my personal experience. Staff was not pleasant. When you call them they look at you and pretend to not see you. One of the most unwelcoming experience I've ever had especially a restaurant this expensive. Maybe this is a rare case and I just happened to be at the wrong time.
Ambience - 3/5 It's fine. Its white themed with some 18th century style fused with some modern art. Not that cozy, kind of cramped actually. Just average overall.
Total waiting time - 2/5 In my experience its around 20 to 30 mins. And that does not include the 15 to 20 minute serving time. Now this is during lunch. So it might be less during other times.
Side note What the hell is the "take home charge" for? When you order a takeout they will charge you with an additional fee. I can understand if you put it in an expensive container but its just cheap plastic that they're using that you can buy anywhere. So why?
Overall this restaurant is okay. It's a pricey restaurant where you get what you paid for and maybe...

Pets are not allowed inside according to the sign on the door but if you are with a pet, you can sit on the outside table to where the gardens are and your pet is still with you.
I didn’t love the service from the very beginning. We’re in the Philippines and I’m used to waiting but there are many restaurants with long waiting time however the front desk person is pleasant and friendly. This one is not. She has a stony face . Once inside, we had to ask for stuff many times. We ordered a pitcher of Mellon juice but I was asking for water and a glass because the glasses they prepared for our table was lesser than the number of people on our table. I had to ask about 4x before water and the missing glass finally came. Our desserts, which were ordered ahead, also took a few asks. Even bill out had to be followed up with.
They take credit cards, GCash and cash.
For the amount you pay for their food here, service is not good. Our bill was about seven thousand. There are cheaper places with the same quality and friendlier and more pleasant staff. Not...

On seating, no menu was given for 5 mins. Until then a wait staff approached with the menu, dragging her feet like we had caused her a burden. I jokingly said, "oh nice a menu, we were about to leave". Got no response. This was not a busy time, there was one table which had already been served and the kitchen staff was not busy. I figured this is not where I want to treat my mother in law and my wife. We left and I advised the same waitress to just close shop if they were going to ignore customers. I got nothing in response, she did not even look up, or show any empathy at all so we left. Never going to set foot in any of their establishments again.
To the staff who served (or didnt serve lol) us. If you're having a bad day, just dont go to work. Your customers don't deserve to be an outlet for whatever it is you're going through. You're not doing yourself and your establishment by forcing yourself to go to work if you're not 100% there.
I hope you're doing well now though. But we didnt deserve to be ignored and treated so poorly in your place of work.
This is in...
