Food Exchange is a great buffet experience. There's a lot of options. Everything is presented very nicely and easy to get. The dining experience is very comfortable and relaxed.
Most of the food is delicious, but some of the options felt like it could have been prepared better. For example, some of the meat options surely would have been better if they were freshly sliced as it was roasted rather than having them pre-sliced. But hey at least they had drinks that were part of the bill and that the service was very attentive and hospitable.
Speaking of service, the staff did a great job on my visit. They welcomed us even if we were ahead of opening time. And they really cleaned up plates and served water as soon as they could. And of course they were very friendly and accommodating and who wouldn't like that?
Meal variety on this buffet is at par compared to other buffets out there — they have it covered on the common cuisines but mostly a handful of dishes per cuisine. But yeah it's no Spiral.
For those who like their desserts, they had a decent selection of cake options, fruits and pastries, but there's a surprising lack of ice cream when I visited. I think they had matcha gelato at least, but I wish there were more.

We nevwr get overwhlemed by the nunber of dishes we have/want to try. They offer chinese, italian, filipino, japanese, american, and indian cuisine. They have a carving station, sushi bar, salad bar, cheese, and dessert bars. Drinks are also included. They have iced tea, tea, coffee. The atmosphere is also nice. The lighting is adequate. Even if there are a lot of people, the booths have privacy. The staff are polite and attentive. Very hospitable. This is a great place to celebrate special occasions and milestones or even just a regular day.
