Food Exchange is a great buffet experience. There's a lot of options. Everything is presented very nicely and easy to get. The dining experience is very comfortable and relaxed.

Most of the food is delicious, but some of the options felt like it could have been prepared better. For example, some of the meat options surely would have been better if they were freshly sliced as it was roasted rather than having them pre-sliced. But hey at least they had drinks that were part of the bill and that the service was very attentive and hospitable.

Speaking of service, the staff did a great job on my visit. They welcomed us even if we were ahead of opening time. And they really cleaned up plates and served water as soon as they could. And of course they were very friendly and accommodating and who wouldn't like that?

Meal variety on this buffet is at par compared to other buffets out there — they have it covered on the common cuisines but mostly a handful of dishes per cuisine. But yeah it's no Spiral.

For those who like their desserts, they had a decent selection of cake options, fruits and pastries, but there's a surprising lack of ice cream when I visited. I think they had matcha gelato at least, but I wish there were more.

On my visit I really liked the atmosphere because there weren't many people around and it was a great time exchanging stories with friends when there wasn't too much noise or any music playing in...

This isn’t your ordinary hotel buffet. It's a global food trip. Imagine having Japanese sushi, Indian curries, Filipino favorites, Western grills, and Asian stir-fries — all in one go. The interactive cooking stations make it even more exciting; I even watched my pasta being cooked right in front of me, with flair!

The staff was attentive, friendly, and super accommodating — which made the experience even better.

Verdict: Food Exchange Manila deserves a solid Chryzhpontaneous YES! Perfect for celebrations, dates, or when you just want to eat everything you’re craving in one sitting. But needs to improve more carvings

Swipe through the buffet, savor the moment, and don’t forget to bring your food buddies — because you’ll need them to help you conquer all the stations! #Chryzhpontaneous #FoodiePh #NovotelManila #FoodExchangeManila #EatAllYouCan #HotelBuffet #CubaoEats #FoodAdventure #FoodieExplorer #BuffetGoals...

Food exchange has been our favorite buffet since 2015. We love the selection of their menu. It's not as extensive as other restaurants, but they focus on the quality. We nevwr get overwhlemed by the nunber of dishes we have/want to try. They offer chinese, italian, filipino, japanese, american, and indian cuisine. They have a carving station, sushi bar, salad bar, cheese, and dessert bars. Drinks are also included. They have iced tea, tea, coffee. The atmosphere is also nice. The lighting is adequate. Even if there are a lot of people, the booths have privacy. The staff are polite and attentive. Very hospitable. This is a great place to celebrate special occasions and milestones or even just a regular day.

For parking, they have basement parking and they also offer valet parking. The hotel is beside Gateway and Araneta. Very...
