J.CO Donuts & Coffee — Restaurant in Quezon City

It's not my first time trying J.CO Donuts. Honestly, it's my top donut store—maybe because I haven't been able to try other donut shops. (If you can recommend some, please feel free to let me know.) However, it's my first time dining at their TriNoma branch.

Pros: Their donuts and pastries are obviously delicious. The staff is super friendly, always smiling, and attentive.

Cons: I didn't really like their Latte. Maybe their other drinks are good, but so far, I've only tried the Latte, and I'm not a fan. Maybe it's because I've tried other coffee brands, and I must say, others taste better. I also saw a small cockroach on one of the tables—I wish I had taken a photo for proof.

The question is, will I come back? For sure. I will always come back for their donuts. But dine in again? Not sure. I'd rather visit another coffee...

Frustrating experience. Came around 7 pm to buy some donuts, however when we arrive, they don’t have any on hand, which is shocking since today is a Saturday, and I assumed their peak day. We were advised that the only thing they will make is alcapone and oreology and waiting time is 1 hour. I asked what time they will close and was informed that it will be 10 pm. As a Restaurant Manager myself I do understand that you guys were trying to manage your wastage, however doing it 3 hours prior your closing was way too much. And I have to called out as well their cashier Kristine for making our experience even worst. We were obligated to buy a larger drink because she advised us that they do not have small option....

June 2025: I decided to treat myself by ordering through the Grabfood app, and oh boy, it was a fantastic choice! The doughnuts were delicious that every bite felt like a little celebration.
