Ramen Kuroda TriNoma — Restaurant in Quezon City

Funny how they're trying to implement ordering via their app (Contactless Dining), but they seem to overlook the orders made there. This is the second time this has happened.

I ordered via the app 3:10 PM, but they've only confirmed the order around 3:30 PM. There aren't many new customers that they're trying to serve.

Note: In my previous orders, they usually confirm the order within 5 minutes, but this time, it took 20 minutes just to confirm the order.

The first time it happened, I think it took around 30-50 minutes before they were able to confirm the order. And it was only confirmed when we tried to follow up. It's like they only realized we have an order when we followed up.

It's weird. Aren't they wondering why their customers aren't asking for an order nor eating anything? It's contactless dining for a reason.

Ramen Kuroda is definitely a go-to. This is the place where you and your friends decide to do a sudden hangout out of nowhere 😅. Perfect for a quick catch up and all.

The food is good 💯 it's something that you'd want to keep eating, it's not too greasy that it's hard to swallow and it's not too bland that you'd think you're going to need more spice just so you can taste something. It is seasoned and cooked in just the right amount 👌✨

I'm definitely coming back for the Aka Ramen 🍜 because that's actually tasty 😋. Oh and sometimes they have promos for unli noodles but the first serving is actually already plenty so it's enough for me. I wish the Aka Ramen is a bit more spicy 🔥 though.

Bought my family here and it was their first time. We tried their set meals which was so affordable and filling.

Waiting time was just about 5 minutes to be seated. Medyo matagal lang bago naserve yung salmon spicy roll and nagkaron din ng communication problem regarding this order.

My family didn't like the gyoza kasi maasim daw for them but it was fine for me. You really get your money's worth here. Pwede rin for sharing if you're not a big eater.
