I have an experience to one of your branch, specifically in Alimall, Cubao. I have been there because I’ve been arranging some documents and stayed on a hotel for 2 nights.
I entered that store in the morning around 7 am and decided what to eat. I’m going to pay using my gcash and they’ve issued a QR code using your scanner.
I’ve successfully made my payment and charge me 137 pesos but upon waiting for my payment to process for almost 15 minutes. It wasn’t go through.
That’s why I had to made a payment again using the scanner AGAIN! And it gone through. That’s not my issue here. They told me to wait for at least 24 hours and my payment will go back on my gcash account and if not they told me to go back to the store.
So, I go back to the store. I’m expecting that they will going to refund me for my money, but no! They just waste my time again to wait because they just checked again on their scanner if it process. BUT IT DIDNT!!!!!!! And now they told me to wait for 2-3 days AGAIN AND COME BACK AGAIN!
But right now it’s already 4 days and it doesn’t come and then they want me to go back on that store, I’m already in Antipolo! And for what??? Just to check again to their scanner if it went through??? And what if, it doesn’t. Wait again for a millennium???
I do not care with the money, but that poor customer service. It sucks. In addition, change your management specially your supervisor, they are not capable of handling the situation and their leadership is weak...
