Mang Inasal — Restaurant in Quezon City

When it was my turn to order at the counter, the cashier looked at me like she was not happy with her job and I was even the first one who greeted her to lighten up her mood because I was thinking she was just tired (because for some reason also, there could be days that our bodies feels exhausted and that affects our mood). But the sad thing was, she didn't even greeted back. I even waited for like 20 seconds for her to respond but she just stared at me. Even if I was really disappointed for her actions, I just continued to order. The waiting time was very long. The first thing they served was the meal (PM5-Single Pork Sisig). But I didn't started eating yet because I cannot eat properly without drinking. So, I raised my hand to call the waiters attention. I asked the waiter to please follow-up my glass of iced gulaman. Then, they served me the supposedly "iced" gulaman. There was not even one ice cube to be seen in it, the only thing that was cold there was the liquid. Nevertheless, I just started eating. For the food, I would give it 7/10, the meat didn't taste good for me. For the halo-halo it's 8/10 for me since it was already melting because they didn't served it right away. It was looking like a soup already. Well, before when they just opened this branch, they served properly and good but then as the days past, it seemed that this branch has been mismananged. Mildly contained chaos. They are understaffed and the pathways between tables are dangerously narrow. Calling out numbers over the various noises can lead to people shouting over them too. The tables and floors and seats are sticky from prior orders not being cleaned. The table cleaner is also the Unli-rice server and waiter assistant. People on the outside seats cannot hear their number being called multiple times. There is only a single POS terminal in operation despite the long queue. Huge piles of wasted food are left on trays and on the seats. There must be a food waste fee enforced for this littering. It's flat put disgusting.

Meanwhile, the halo halo is delicious. The chicken meat is flavourful and well cooked and blood is cleaned away. Tissues are only by request and no one knows where they are. I heard one server's voice become hoarse from shouting the numbers of orders too long. Poor lad.

They must hire more staff and...

I always love Mang Inasal but this time they give me a horrible experience! I totally understand if food may fail me when it comes to taste, but never ever fail me when it comes to cleanliness. I appreciate the manager whom I raise this opportunity and who took immediate actions to replace all their utensils. Thanks again for the irreplaceable experience I don't know if I can still eat at Mang Inasal or even try to refer them to my family and friends but I hope someone from you guys can do something to improve...
