Mang Inasal — Restaurant in Quezon City

It was a taste test since we are supposed to have a dinner meeting the following day and intended to order from a nearby resto which is Mang Inasal. We ordered 2 palaboks and 1 Chicken (PM2 as per receipt) for take out. Around 5:45pm, there were around 4-5 tables occupied, not that busy, as most of them already have the food on their table. While waiting for take out order #45 for a few minutes, at least 3 people came in to order. And, voila! The 3 people that came in last already have their food and I am still waiting for at least 30mins. Made a follow up and to my surprise, "Sir, ginagawa pa po yun palabok." Seriously?! For 40mins?! After that follow up, saw the guy I asked preparing the palabok and in 5 minutes the order came. "Sorry po Sir, natagalan." I would perfectly understand if the store was full that time, but it was not. The orders that came after me was even harder to prepare and yet were prepared on time. That being said, the order was taken for granted, thanks to the negligence of the people preparing the food - DALDALAN KAYO NG DALDALAN. How did I know? I'm sitted right in front of them waiting for order #45.

Scratch this resto from our list as it might take them forever to prepare at least a 100 food orders. My first and last visit to this place, never going back to this resto...

Oct 31, 2024 around 2pm. My staff and I went out to eat at the mang inasal, upon entering the store the flooring was dirty, many tissues were scattered, the staff just passed by, plus the flooring was still wet, they didn't think about the safety of the customer if they slipped, the sanitization of the store was lost plus there was even a dog in the store inside and out!!, When I was just finishing there, then our soup and food were already served, I noticed in the soup bowl my cracks and pingas then the stain was really dirty, I had no appetite to eat, they didn't take care of their food equipment!! plus we asked for ice from the manager, jan shout at you, you only denied ice, how can the customer enjoy the water that is not cold, I don't know if it is lack of proper training or...

Poor service and the place was very noisy. The food was fine though. But what particularly struck one was how one of the staff was eating mouthfulls from one of the tables where their friends were sitting. That happened five times in between topping up their friends' drinks etc. One doesn't expect to see such behavior from staff in such...
