Visited this restaurant after reading reviews that it offers authentic Korean food, so I came in with high expectations. While there were a few positives, overall, unfortunately the experience didn’t quite meet those expectations in terms of food quality and presentation.
The dishes we tried didn’t taste or look very authentic, especially considering the price. I’ve had similar items at other Korean restaurants that were more flavorful and better value for money. The cleanliness of the place could also be improved.
Here’s what we ordered:
Egg Rolls (₱350): Tasted like plain scrambled eggs, lacking the usual fillings and seasoning found in traditional Korean versions.
Galbi Jjim (₱580): Could be more tender and flavorful; the flavor didn’t really soak into the meat.
Spicy Squid (₱580): This was the best among the dishes—well-cooked, not overly spicy, and quite enjoyable.
Kimchi Rice (₱380): Mostly tasted like kimchi mixed with rice, quite sour for my preference. I personally like kimchi rice with a bit more richness or depth in flavor.
On the brighter side, the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the banchan (side dishes) were good and refillable, which is always a plus at Korean restaurants. Also, just a heads up—they only accept cash or GCash, no credit cards, so it’s best to be prepared. There’s a Korean mart right next door (possibly under the same ownership), which is convenient if you want to pick up some groceries after your meal.
Overall, while I appreciated the service and the extras like the banchan, I was hoping for better flavor and presentation given the price. I do hope they continue to improve, as there’s definitely...

Traditional korean recipe, classic korean ambiance, and generous serving of complimentary korean side dishes!
We had the pork rib soup (medium size can be shared by 6-7 people. It has 6 huge pork ribs with lots of vegetables and potatoes, the broth is very hearty! Looks spicy with the red color but its only very mild. They will put a single burner at your table to keep the soup warm.)
Seafood panjeon is loaded with octopus, veggies, and has crispy edges!
Meat dumpling is good especially when dipped in the soy and chili sauce that they provide.
Mackarel is also delicious with enoki mushrooms in similar red bean paste sauce.
They also have grilled meats and korean fried chicken which we would love to try on our next visit!
Great value for money, good for groups/families!

Read moreFave Korean restaurant in the metro. Been here a lot of times and I keep coming back for their Galbitang. Food may taste bland for those who like really intensely flavored food but I appreciate how you can taste the ingredients themselves. Very generous serving sizes and you get what you're paying for.
The area has weak reception to signal which makes online payments a bit difficult so be sure...
