I always encounter that specific employee whenever I order. This branch should train their employees to be more polite with the customers. I understand being in the customer service industry is not easy but at least you should know how to handle yourself dealing with different customers. I've been patient a lot of times but I guess this is the right time to share my experience (with that employee). First was last Dec 2021 when I and my workmate ordered their seasonal Ube and Brazo de mercedes sundae, but when the order was ready, I was surprised when I received a Brazo de mercedes iced coffee instead of the sundae, I tried to talk to her about it but she insisted that it was what I ordered 👎. To make the story short, I decided not to argue anymore due we only got half an hour to take our lunch break. And my recent encounter was today, writing this review after I received my order. I used the mcdo app to order 2 iced coffees and a meal (1 pc chicken, reg fries, and drink). The good thing about after receiving my order after I went out of their store was I checked my order, BUT, my reg fries was not in the bag. I got back to inform HER that I am missing fries, it seems that SHE'S aware of the mistake but didn't apologize for what happened and gave me a look like "nah-I-know-my-fault-but-k-here's-your-fries". I have a lot to share but these are the 2 outstanding experiences that I had with HER. I am not being entitled here but if you made a mistake, it's a courtesy to somehow apologize. And "BETTER" treat your customers equally, you shouldn't base your treatment on how a customer looks (or I am not sure if the attitude of hers is innate which she cannot...
Read moreDoesn't McDonald's have any plans of improving this branch. Many years ago, this used to be a really nice place. Now, it is too overcrowded, understaffed, and most of the time there is no seating available.
Longstanding problem here is that the tables outside are usually being used by non-customers but the staff here do not do anything to correct this. Meanwhile, the customers who are carrying trays of food keep wandering around the place looking for a table.
Also, on the second floor, there is space for outside seating but this branch doesn't use it. The other establishments nearby use the outside space on the second floor for additional table seating.
This branch should add more staff. It is severely understaffed especially during peak times.

I know it must have been prior to operating hours but given the fact that the lights were on and the manager was already in, I was at my wits end and really need to relieve myself in a bathroom to wee because it was already difficult to walk without leaking and I am practically begging because they are the only ones at my immediate surrounding that had a bathroo.. But I was declined. I signed at the door, begging that I really just had to wee, but to no avail. I was forced to "squeeze and hold it in" up the 4 sets of stairs.. just to relieve myself at the train station's bathroom.
