Since its Shakey's, the food was good but the service for this particular location was horrible. There weren't too many customers when we went here at about 1230am but we were the 3rd table to complain about the attentiveness and speed of service by the staff. Minor complaint - we ordered mojos with garlic ranch dip and were given caesar dressing instead. When I asked for it to be replaced, our server simply said they were out of garlic ranch. No biggie but I would've appreciated if: 1) they asked first if we were okay with not getting exactly what we asked for instead of sneaking it in on our table and hoping we dont notice and 2) perhaps saying it a little better than just "we're all out" and leaving it at that.
Major complaint for us that night was we had to ask 3x for our bill and wait for more than 30 minutes just to get it. We are patient people so when we asked for our bill the first two times, we were ready to give them the benefit of the doubt that maybe they are swamped and extremely busy. The third time we asked though, we were able to figure out that the server we asked for our bill the first and second time never relayed our request at all, which caused the delay. Moreover, this same server came to our table to "apologize" by saying that the cashier must've not heard her (nice apology!). When our bill was processed, I noticed the POS machine where bill-out requests were processed was in my line of sight and the server we asked the first two times never went...
Read moreEdit: STOLE MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION. I have found since I dined there that I have been receiving charges on my card for food panda. I believe that the waitress who charged us stole my card information and used it to buy food panda several times. The first of the food panda transactions literally happened as the next transaction right after Shakey's and I had just arrived in the Philippines. The food panda transaction was done in the Philippines and was the second transaction that had occurred since I arrived so it's definitely from one of the staff, most likely the terribly rude waitress.
It happened between 12am-4am during the morning of November 27th. The lady who also signed us up for the loyalty card also did it in a way that now makes me think she took down my cousin's information and might try to steal his identity to open credit cards or accounts in his name. I assume she wanted mine to make a bigger purchase with my card as well with this information. She is a scammer and will probably do this to others. The owners of the business can probably check the security cameras to see her duplicity. She deserves to be let go and arrested.
Do not go here! She could definitely do this to you too.

This is where it goes downhill. Asked for help from water and he comes back with what looked like a gallon container of magnolia ice cream and picks up plate and pours into the container in front of my son. I bring my son to the bathroom to change and when we get back the vomit is still on the table. Waited for awhile to let them fix the situation but nothing. I get the bill and it was only when I did that they cleaned the table.
It saddens me that they see someone that wasnt feeling well and just leave it at that. I was only given tissue when I asked. The reason we picked Shakeys because it was supposedly family friendly... Far from it.... food is good but the customer service...
