Espresso
Italian style a classic italian style espresso, using the highest quality coffee beans giving it a rich, aromatic and round mouthfeel. Extracted from the slayer espresso machine. (Available hot)
Espresso Macchiato
Unlike the traditional macchiato that is espresso topped with a drop of foam - our take is half espresso and half milk, adding complexity into the coffee. (Hot or iced)
Caffe Latte
A balanced, smooth, and strong coffee taste accompanied by a creamy mouthfeel. Kyoto's best-seller drink. (Hot or iced)
Americano
Simple combination of espresso and hot water, best for people who want to taste the deep flavour of the coffee but find a shot of espresso too strong. (Hot or iced)
Kyoto Latte
Uses the % arabica blend base with a japanese-style subtle sweetness that we tested and approved in kyoto, together with stronger aromatics and a richer body. (Hot or iced)

I stumbled across % Arabica completely by accident while staying just across the road—and I’m so glad I did. What started as a casual coffee run turned into a daily ritual. Since discovering it here in Manila, I’ve now made it a habit to seek out % Arabica locations in every city I visit. They’ve officially got me hooked. The shop itself is sleek, minimalist, and beautifully designed, with an open layout and a futuristic coffee lab vibe. You can actually see the beans being roasted behind glass, which makes the whole experience feel premium and intentional. Every detail is polished—from the machines to the serving stations—and the staff were friendly and efficient even during busy times. The coffee? Absolutely top-notch. Smooth, rich, and expertly brewed. I ended up visiting three times over my last two days in Manila. Whether hot or iced, every cup was consistent and delicious. They also have a range of beans to choose from if you’re after something specific. I’ve bought their beans in shops across Asia because sadly we don’t have % Arabica in Australia (yet!). But when they do arrive, I’ll be first in line. This spot is a must-visit for any coffee lover in BGC. First visit: I ordered a cup of iced Kyoto Latte for my afternoon coffee and also to try what the Arabica craze is all about. Taste wise, the coffee is smooth and well blended. Unlike other latte in which milky is how you characterize it, this one is strong blended with no headache after effect. I feel like it also has this secret thing which makes it an upgraded version of the regular Latte. However, it is on the pricy side of 250php for 12oz cup. Service is swift in my opinion given that it is Sunday and peak hours. It took like 5mins or less to claim my coffee at the counter after payment. However, there has been a misunderstanding with my transaction with the counter lady. I told her I would like a iced kyoto latte which on the menu is 12oz size indicated. I do not know the need for me to pick a size so I picked second to the smallest since I am just tasting their coffee for the first time. To cut the long story short, the staff who served coffee just decided to change my drink from hot to iced without questions. That tattooed guy maybe the manager and he makes things smoother. The atmosphere is white, futuristic theme. I commend for their use of eco-friendly materials from cup to straw to tissue and coaster. Minor issues include high noise instore and lack of area for group diners.

% interior is very interesting because they went the exact opposite of a typical coffee shop interior which is warm and cozy. Instead theirs was bright and white similar to a laboratory. Even the merchandise items like mugs and coffee paraphernalia were inside a medicine cabinet instead of the typical open shelf where you can touch and hold them. LoL. As for the coffee, I think I ordered the Spanish Latte. From the Arabica blend tasting notes, I agree with the nutty and chocolatey part, plus the right amount of sweetness. Apart from that, it tasted about the same as the Spanish lattes of other coffee shops. Overall, I still would recommend them for their unique take on what a coffee shop should look like.

We visited this branch of Arabica Manila during New Year's 2025. Family wanted to check out this branch of Arabica Manila but was disappointed. Staff are unprofessional and biased, preferring customers that were dressed more formally (richer, upper class) than other customers who dressed more casually (lower-middle class).

My family and other people in-line behind us were not entertained and were brushed aside, to give way to formally dressed (richer, technically) people who cut in line. Plenty of people left the line after seeing that they were being treated unfairly. We persevered and waited in line for MORE THAN 30 MINUTES and got ourselves coffee.

The coffee was not very worth its price, the taste is a little off for one of our cups. In regards to store ambience, it is not clean and there are not much seats as they are all always occupied by people who will order one small coffee and then proceed to use the seat for the next hour or two.

2/5 stars; will not visit this...
