Unwelcoming Service: • The service crew was unwelcoming and reacted rudely when we requested to have our cold food reheated, clashing the plates loudly and even making faces. • They appeared irritated when we asked to adjust the malfunctioning fans, responding rudely with, “Di po yan umiikot.”
Lack of Basic Amenities: • No service water was provided. • The fans were not functioning properly, contributing to an uncomfortable dining environment.
Subpar Food Quality: • The vinegar lacked the distinctive taste of sukang Iloko; it was bland and missing seasonings like onion and spices. • The food itself was bland and served cold. • The longganisa did not resemble the Vigan specialty; it tasted like a generic, cheap version. • The best-selling empanada was overpriced at 150 pesos and not delicious.
Poor Ambiance and Cleanliness: • The establishment appeared dirty and dimly lit. • My friend suffered multiple insect bites during our visit.

Read moreWe dined in on December 22, 2024.
• Service crew feels to be not very welcoming.
• Dining place is so dark, meh.
• Ordered Special Empanada with Pork Longganisa. It was not served hot.
• Then immediately ordered additional okoy, but it was never served to our table. All of their people came out to the dining area, just sitting on a corner, just doing their own things. We keep staring on them just like reminding them that we still have orders not yet served, however, they don't seem to care about their customer.
• Worst, we accidentally drank expired softdrinks (**see on picture for the expiry date). We only knew it when we drank some already because some of us have tasted something off with the drink. ews 🤮

I hope the management read this and made some improvements. Based on what I heard, this place used to be visited with celebrities and packed with visitors. Just a waste of history if they didn't level up their...
