Burger patties are disapointing. We were passing by and saw a deal for Burgers or Chicken strips with soup. Seemed good and we were hungry. 49 Pl zlotes. One can't really expect a great meal based on it, so I checked with the waitress and told me all is prepared in house/hand made That wasn't so. The burgers looked good, but after a bite or two, reality hit. Those burger patties were too compact to be hand made. They were frozen, which the inexperienced waitress later learned herself and confirmed. Sure the rest was good, melted cheese, bacon, good fries. But you were missing authenticity in the main element.

Let me explain:

If you are a restaurant, it is shameful to serve frozen hamburger patties, there is nothing simpler than a handmade burger. Anyone in the kitchen can get good at it. Reduce the size of the serving if you must, but serve something fresh and simple. You can still make a sizeable profit with a fresh burger. Besides, you make a nice profit on drinks too.

Doing what you are doing, serving a frozen item and try it to make it pass for a legit burger, isn't doing you favors. By doing so, you reduced yourself to cafeteria food. And you can do better, your cooks can do better and they probably want to, also please don't put your employees in such uncomfortable position to have to apologize for your food. There was an unpleasant incident with security at this club. The security guard does not speak English, he said something to me and my friend in Polish, we did not understand and he began to rudely push me away, using his masculine physical strength, as I later realized, purpose was that no one of guests should be close to the club dancers while they are dancing. (Weird tbh). When I asked his name to leave a negative review specifically about him, he refused to tell me his name. I wanted to take a photo of him so that people would know and beware of this man who pushes clients (girls). The security guard began to snatch my expensive phone from my hands and, together with another security guard, began to take me out of the club and insist that I suppose to leave this club. After a conversation with the manager, the situation was resolved, the manager said that I was not obliged to leave the club and could stay. Honestly, such treatment of clients by security is simply unacceptable, it is incompetent and unprofessional. I always wanted sauce, but I got none, potatoes was ordered, but I got fried chips. When asking for WC, things got really bad. I can't imagine a more terrible way to handle my request to use WC.
