Lovely place. We visited on a friday night, had to wait in line quite a bit, since the queue was long, but it was worth it. FOOD: We ordered the meatball soup and pulled pork tacos as a starter - the soup is delicious, and although for some it might be too spicy, it is just wonderful. The tacos were interesting, but once you sprinkle some lime juice on top the taste combines well. As the main meal we had the pollo fajitas and the mix grill platter. The fajitas were juicy and the tortilla that came with was fresh and warm, while the mixed grill had food meat, and a decent amount of potatoes. As a disclaimer, the food might not be to everyone's taste, so make sure you keep an open mind when you try out new things. STAFF: Our waiter, Marta, was a sweetheart-she helped us understand the dishes and patiently explained about those we asked. Although busy, she took a few moments everytime she brought our food, to make some conversation. At the end, she brought us shots and we did one each. Dear owners of Pueblo, if you read this, you have great staff! Thank you! ATMOSPHERE: The place is so beautifully decorated, and it is visible that the owners care about it, since there are so many details. It would be lovely to just take some time and explore it all. The music was also good. It has been a while since we've been to a place that had such nice atmosphere!

not worth 4 stars definitely. Here are some highlights: - i was a solo traveller that day and clearly do not speak polish, they told me i have only 1hr and 15mins to take my dinner, i was shocked but the restaurant was busy, i thought it was understandable; - the food was definitely overrated, the pork rib was clearly warmed up from a microwave, it has the same taste when compare to supermarket frozen ribs; - the strangest thing was the bill, it comes with a folded card, you are given 5% 10% and 15% tip options to choose from. i included a 10% tip in total bill and the waitress still seemed not happy, even without giving me back a receipt. overall, i spent 35min in there and would rate this restaurant poor, will not recommend anyone.

We were taken care of the minute we stepped in. We didn’t have reservations, and the place was fully booked. Be that as it may, we were immediately placed before the bar with fresh salsa and crispy nachos. They were taking our food-order at the bar, so when 15 minutes had gone by, and a table were getting ready to leave, they quickly made sure the table was clean and we were sat down right away. A couple of minutes later, our food came and the feast could begin. Oh what a feast! A cheesy fajita for my girl, and a mixed platter for me. After tons of food and great banter, we were rolling outta there(literally, I was so full, I almost tipped over) 10/10 in my book. A lot of establishments could learn from this level of service.

From the very beginning, I've had bad experiences with Mexican cuisine. I told myself: Pueblo is the last chance for this type of food. Maybe it's just not my taste, or perhaps in Poland, no one knows how to nail Mexican flavors. And it turned out they do, but apparently only in Pueblo! What flavors, and the portion size for the price is surprising. We couldn't even finish the food, and it was truly delicious. Nachos as an appetizer is a great idea. What can I say? This is how Mexican cuisine is done. The atmosphere of the place is also unique, and the staff is knowledgeable and helpful. I can’t forget about the drinks that are simply… AMAZING. Well-deserved 5 stars :)

On Saturday 20/012024 we went there for dinner for our anniversary, we didn't make a reservation, so when we got there we had to wait, the place was really busy. We waited just over an hour but it was worth every minute. The hostess was really friendly and very well organised. After we sat down at our table, everything was just perfect, friendly service, quick and with a smile. Food was amazing, nice beer and obviously good tequila. The only thing that could've been a little bit better was the mixed beef and chicken hot plate, the beef was a little bit on the tough side, everything else was really good. Highly recommend.

Really popular place. We were lucky that we didn't had to wait to get seated. The waitress and the waiter was extremely service minded and so helpful with recommendations of the menu. We had a share platter and even though the food doesn't look so pretty on the plate, I must say that everything was cooked perfectly. The chicken was juicy, the beef was medium and it was all good. I didn't like the empanadas, I think they were to dry. There was a platter was nachos at the table as we got seated. I don't like this welcome and you could see they it had been standing there for some time. I would for sure come back.
