We had the most wonderful experience at this charming Italian restaurant! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was cozy and inviting — like being transported straight to a little trattoria in Italy.

The food was absolutely delicious — fresh ingredients, authentic flavors, and every dish prepared with so much care. From the starters to dessert, everything was perfectly done and beautifully presented.

But what truly made our evening special was the outstanding service from our server, Jagoda. She was friendly, attentive, and genuinely warm — the kind of person who makes you feel right at home. She took the time to walk us through the menu, offered great recommendations, and made sure everything was just right throughout the meal. You can tell she really cares about her guests and takes pride in what she does.

The place left mixed feelings. The good: the food was very tasty. The pizzas were excellent. What caused bad emotions: the absolutely incompetent staff. All tables were served by 2 young girls, whose attitude towards the guests was unacceptable. Both of them had such a face as if they were absolutely not happy to see the guests and were absolutely unfriendly. When we asked to bring a glass, we were refused, because we had not ordered drinks yet. When we asked the waitress Natalia to bring Pepsi, she brought it for a very long time, we had already ate almost all the pizzas. When we asked to bring it again, the girl answered discontentedly that she could not, because there were only two waiters and they did not have time for that. It seems to me that bringing a bottle of drink does not take much time. When she brought the drink, she demonstratively slammed the bottle on the table, showing her displeasure.
