Bulldog — Restaurant in Krakow

Worst meal in my week stay in Krakow. Nachos were fried, covered in grease and no cheese, burger buns were toasted too long and were hard. Ribs however came off the bone and were lovely just needed bit more sauce. We weren't finished starters when waitress came with mains, that didn't deter her, she just put mains in gaps then didn't come back to take starters away, left it and clear dishes all at once. Asked for the bill when she was clearing and 20mins later asked a man for my bill pointing out length of time I had been waiting for it. He went in twice to see where it was and also asked for table next to me by this time, he came back to us both and told us not to give her a tip. At 30mins I went inside and was greeted by man stood behind bar eating his dinner, when I told him it was now half an hr waiting for bill and table next to me also wanted their bill he went to find waitress who wasn't to be seen. This was by far the most expensive meal we have had and by far the worst, would not recommend going to Bulldog to anyone, far better restaurants near by. The only tip I would give would be to the waitress, waitressing is for everyone and I would put you in this category, the 2 men are probably still sitting waiting for you to take their order as you gave them the ashtray and walked away as he was about to...

Very rude employee kicked us out after we finished our drinks because we didnt want to order more. Me and I my friends went to the bar for the karaoke. Once we arrived, all the tables were full so we went downstairs to get a place to sit. All of us ordered a drink and after some minutes we went upstairs again to enjoy the karaoke. We shared a table with other clients and finished our drinks. After it, we found a table to for us, so we changed tables.The employee, started talking with all five of us, kicking as out because we did not have drinks at the table. I showed the receipt and explained that we boughts drinks. She was rude and asked one of out friends, again to take as out (insisted 3 Times). This place obviously doens't care about costumers. This girl was disrepectfull from start to finish. She grabed my friends arms to pass through the bar (its quite small and has little space to walk through tablets), pushed us over and always with the rudest face expressions. Terrible Experience - Avoid This Tourist Trap

My partner and I had lunch at this place, and it was a complete disaster. The waitress who served us was rude and unprofessional. We ordered the daily menu for 39 zloty, and the food was awful. The tomato soup tasted rancid, with undercooked pasta floating in it, and the cutlet was as hard as cement—completely inedible.

To make matters worse, we were served a cutlet when the waitress specifically told us we would get a pork chop. There was no apology for the mistake, and when we pointed it out, the waitress was even more rude and dismissive.

Additionally, we asked for a large bottle of water, but they brought us a 300ML bottle with only one glass. I mean, if we're two people, at least bring us two glasses!

This place is clearly a tourist trap, and I strongly recommend...
