Italian Pizza & Pasta — Restaurant in Krakow

Great pizza, lousy service, trying rather obviously to clear tables before everyone had finished and then they had the temerity to argue with customers as to what was good waiting. If you go to this restaurant the pizza is great but when they want you out they make it abundantly clear you are no longer welcome. And in this restaurant you abide by their standards of service which are about as good as East Germany in the 1980s. In this restaurant it seems OK to hassle customers to finish even if they're still eating and then to demand that they pay if you want to close the restaurant. Doesn't even pass Silver service level 1. Shame the customer is a giant inconvenience here. 5 stars for the pizza...nul points...

My wife and I had an excellent experience at this restaurant and would definitely return. The service, menu choices and quality of food were second to none. This is a family run business who take pride in their quality and presentation of every meal we saw coming from the kitchen - and all piping hot! The prices are extremely reasonable for a restaurant near the centre and tourist trap areas. My wife and I have traveled extensively around Italy over the years and this is very authentic and superb quality. In fact the Caprese salad was easily the best we’ve had even anywhere in Italy. This restaurant is located on Sienna Street, on the Main Market square of the Old Town, Krakow, just down from St. Mary's Basilica church.

This is our return second visit to this restaurant👍😀 We really enjoyed coming back to eat and spend time in here.

Lovely food, great prompt service, just off of the main Old Town square in Sienna Street.

The inside of the restaurant had lovely decor, very fitting for an Italian style based eatery, set in Poland👍 We enjoyed being in there.

Would highly recommend this place to eat your meals at.
