We stayed at this beautiful hotel the last week of September. What can I say about it apart from amazing!!!! From the moment we checked in to the time we checked out, we had a fantastic time. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. We were here to celebrate our 30th anniversary and when we got to our room we had a lovely letter and some beautiful chocolates waiting for us. The hotel is situated perfectly for exploring all of Kraków 5 minute walk to the Jewish quarter and 10 minute walk to the main square in the old town. You are also close to a train station which is fantastic if you are visiting the salt mines as there is a train that takes you to within a 5 minute walk of it and at about £5 return for 2 people much cheaper than a taxi. We had a standard double room, which was immaculately clean with wonderful modern furniture. The bed was super comfy, too. The bathroom was also lovely and clean with a nice shower, cleaned every day, and towels and bed linen changed every 3rd day unless you asked for it sooner. Breakfast was a standard continental, but you also have a menu with extra cooked things to order if you prefer ( I recommend the boiled eggs beautiful) my only gripe is there is only one coffee machine so when busy there is a queue for it. They also have a restaurant, but we didn't use it, so I can't comment, but I should imagine it's good. We organised our own trips beforehand, but reception staff can also book trips for you and obviously have great knowledge of the city. We also booked a taxi with reception to take us back to the airport, and wow, we were picked up in style in a beautiful Mercedes it certainly topped off our week here. All in all, we had a perfect week and can't thank all at the hotel enough. Definitely book this hotel you won't be...

The good: Staff really friendly, polite and helpful a credit to the hotel.

Lovely view of castle and park from the window.

Two tram lines stop with in 5 minutes walk.

Location is excellent 10 minute easy walk to the castle and old town. Plenty of reasonably priced restaurants close by.

Breakfast was really nice with a wide selection.

The hotel has a selection of items you can borrow such as phone chargers for free.

Mattress supportiveness is good with no back ache issues.

The bad: The hotel advertised Aircon in rooms and whilst we could see a Aircon machine there was no controller present. When I enquired about this at reception I was told that some days it comes on and some it doesn’t. Based on my experience it seems that guests have no choice as to whether the Aircon is on or not or what temperature or speed the machine is set to.

The mattress has a waterproof cover to prevent damage from children wetting the bed however this made the mattress hot as it could not breathe.

We had to open the window to allow cooler air into the room as the Aircon was not working. However this meant that the noise from the exterior air conditioning condensers placed on the building roof could be heard in the room. As a result we slept poorly.

The tv has a usb and hdmi connection on the side however the tv wall mounting bracket blocked access to the hdmi so it was not possible to use a firestick on the tv.

It was a shame that I could only offer 3 stars on this occasion as I would have liked to award more. however, the main purpose of a hotel is to give you a good nights sleep and to leave you feeling refreshed for the day. Unfortunately on this occasion the hotel failed. If the Aircon and mattress cover issues can be fixed the score...

Nice hotel with friendly staff but the rooms at the front are very noisy. The view over the park and Kazimierz is actually a busy dual carriageway with trams every few seconds and noisy motorbikes. Rooms are spacious but there is very little drawer space. The breakfast was a variety of hot and cold things: eggs to order, bacon, baked beans and some sort of sausage; lots of cold things: boiled eggs, cheese, ham, smoked salmon, pickles, etc; a variety of whole fresh fruits and sliced oranges and grapefruit; yogurts; cereals and muesli; croissants and cakes; a variety of juices ( not refrigerated, though) and tea, coffee and fizzy wine for those so inclined. Everything came on a cold plate, which was a big minus for the hot food as it was only lukewarm to start with. Couldn't get a table in the rather pricy restaurant but people said food was good if a bit "nouvelle cuisine" with small portions. The hotel is about 15 mins walk from the main square and about 10 mins from the heart of the Jewish quarter. There is a bit of a walk to the nearest tram stop in both directions. Would only stay again if we could have a room at the back, but would probably rather choose something nearer the Old Town and in a...

What a wonderful stay in beautiful Krakow! I was looking for a base for a 5 night stay located with ease to all the city had to offer and stumbled across the Queen Boutique Hotel - after emailing some enquiries with the front desk Kacper let us know room type availability and we selected the Queen suite for our stay. We were also offered additional transfers to and from the airport & were picked up promptly in a beautiful executive car. From a friendly and warm checkin we were escorted to our room which was perfection. A large, modern and super clean living space, bathroom(s) and twin bed room - air conditioned to help us cool off during the heatwave. Staff couldn't be more friendly and helpful advising us on sites to visit and accommodating us whilst the restaurant & bar was closed on evenings. Professional and efficient with just the right measure of warm friendly hospitality. Breakfast at the hotel is just delicious with so many options and additional extras and so accommodating for me, as a gluten free coeliac, with safely cooked seperate food and options highlighted on the buffet. Can't wait to stay again - special thanks to all staff - especially Piotr & Tomasz

Stylish, modern place - would have given 4.5 stars if I could. Location is awesome - in easy walking distance of the Kazimierz District. The staff on the front desk and the restaurant were extremely courteous, helpful and respectful of all the guests we saw them interact with - including ourselves. The place was very well run and immaculately clean. Our breakfast was included in the price. There was a large buffet spread catering for cold or continental breakfasts. They also provided eggs cooked your way as part of the breakfast. The restaurant was very sleek and modern as well as clean and beautifully done. Fresh coffee via beans to cup machine was good. Our room was up on the top floor and so the picture window views towards the castle and cathedral over the roof tops were amazing. The half star loss was for a few things. While the bathroom was great, the handsoap, shampoo and shower gel, while in separate containers, seemed to be the same stuff and there was no conditioner available (not a big deal if you don't normally use it, I admit!).

We chose this Hotel for its web ratings and were not disappointed. Lovely hotel in a superb location. The old town was just a 10 min walk, the Jewish quarter less and the Castle was about 10 minutes. You could walk to Schindlers Factory and the Salt Mines were only about 25 minutes. So a very good central location. The hotel is on a lovely quiet street. Trams right in from regularly go by but they add to the experience if you are at the front of the hotel. Lovely garden at the back. We had 3 rooms, all immaculate and a good size. Breakfast is available from 7 am and there is a good selection included plus you can order hot items. I do love my eggs Benedict which was a welcome sight on the menu. We didn't eat at the restaurant as I have a family of fussy eaters but the menu looked amazing. The staff are great, and willing to go out of their way to make suggestions and book tables for us. Overall a very, very pleasant stay and I would highly recommend it for the overall standard, staff, and location.
