Restauracja & Lounge Bar Sempre Bracka — Restaurant in Krakow

Two years ago I gave this restaurant a bad review and wanted to check if anything had changed. I asked for well-fried eggs - unfortunately the yolks were not as I wanted them. Instead of black tea I was given green tea and the croissant was the worst I have ever eaten in my life. Additionally, I ordered 2 breakfasts for myself so I could order tea with one and coffee with the other. Unfortunately, not only was black tea confused with green tea, but I also got coffee and tea at the same time. I also got 2 breakfasts at the same time. I think the order should be maintained, or at least they should have asked me. They promote it as baked on site but it was cold, old, rubbery and had too much yeast. The service was nicer than 2 years ago. I also ordered Polish broth - noodles from the store and there was not a single dot of fat in the broth - I don't know how it is possible to ruin this wonderful Polish dish like that. The restaurant is still functioning only because of its good location, certainly not because of the quality. The owner probably doesn't care about anything, since it gets worse year by year. Does not invest in quality, does not train staff....

First of all, the menu is a mess. The english version does not name all the ingredients.

Secondly, When i honestly told them i could not eat the dish they did not offer me any solution. They did not even bothered to ask me if i wanted to order something else.

Thirdly, the waitress was super rude and obviously not up to the task. We needed to pay full price even though i did not eat anything. She had a bad attitude and was just trying to be smart when in fact all she did was fail at her job. If you dont care about happy customers than dont work in this business. I have been a waitress for 10 years and i would have been fired with her attitude. Apparantly it is acceptabele here. But not for me.

Fourth, the coffee is not illy. Maybe it was one day when they received the sign and the cups and stuff. But not anymore. Now it is just cheap nasty coffee being sold under a brand i drink every single day in italy. You cannot fool me with this garbage coffee.

Firth, dont call yourself an italian restaurant when all you have is polish and french dishes and a bad attitude. Not a single millimeter of italian to be find in the food, drinks or...

Nice looking restaurant ruined by trashy music that doesn't fit the atmosphere at all. The food was ok. I expected a friendly service like other places in the city but was very disappointed. The waitress was very rude. I asked for the wifi password in which she responded "ok I'll get it for you" then proceed to do something else. I waited for a while then waved at her while she was about to take an order from another table. She looked at me then said "one moment please". When she was done, she walked to the inside of the restaurant. I waved at her again when she came out. This time she looked at me but didn't say anything and walked to the other side of the place. I got a bit angry as I saw then that she did ignore me on purpose. I had to go to the counter for the password myself. Mind you there were only 3 tables occupied, not even slightly busy. I signed up on this site just for this particular restaurant. So that everybody knows how bad the service is. There are lots of nice restaurants in Krakow, don't make this one of...
