Major nut allergy which I made clear at point of ordering to waitress to which she said no nuts, then when I got my bruschetta I noticed what look like a nut and called a different waitress over, she said she would go and check after waiting about 15 minutes they then came back and said sorry it has cashews in it and started to walk away I said can you please take this away and can I have a new fork and my partner also ordered a Pepsi, and could I have the hummus started instead, we waited about 30 minutes for the starter and was finished my main by the time it had arrived then a further 15 minutes after this for his Pepsi to come by a different waiter, we then asked could they check and see what desserts I could have based on their allergen book they said that the kitchen was closed and that I could only have three options, then narrowed down to one after checking the allergy book. My partner then ordered a beer at the same time, again waited about 40 minutes for dessert, bare in mind there was only three tables and the other two were new and got their drinks shortly after being seated whilst my partner never got his. When it came to getting the bill I noticed the other beer was on the receipt and the bruschetta which could of killed me, I said to the waitress as we didn’t exactly have those items and she said one moment, then said the manager wouldn’t take it off the bill which is an outrage and had to stand and manually add up the prices on her own phone, which I’m sure isn’t nice on the young girl, but not even an apology from the manager or even some sort of discount on the bill for one the service of the whole evening, wasting a few hours of our last night or by potentially killing me. Just over three hours spent here for starter to come out half an hour after the main, 45 minutes for a Pepsi, no beer and the risk of an anaphylaxis. Simply not good enough. We came the other night and had nothing but nice things to say but now we will be saying to anyone that listens, how bad it actually is on a...

Last weekend my mom and I decided to visit Cracow. For the lunch, we've decided to go to Sphinx because I was sure in quality. )I used to be in Sphinx in Bialystok a couple of times and it was really good). But this time I was disappointed. We were sitting outside and the heaters were working on the full power. It was really warm inside. And this is the only positive moment of this visit. We had to wait for a long time before the waiter took our order. It looks like he simply forgot about us. He took an order from the table that had come after us. And only when he has already brought the dishes to them I've managed to ask him to take the order from us. Because he himself was not intending to do that. Our meal wasn't tasty. Even though I was hungry I couldn't finish mine. The table was dirty. Someone before us was drinking wine and there were marks on the table. No one has even cleaned it. I'm strongly disappointed...

Quite possibly the WORST place I’ve ever eat for reasons I shall state below:

1)On arrival when ordering I asked to remove something from the burger due to allergies to which the waiter replied no you can’t remove it creates more work for the kitchen and they’re busy 2)when they brought the food it was cold 3)the steaks were cooked wrong e.g rare not medium rare 4)may aswell of thrown the food in on the table would of been more polite than slamming then down in front of us 5)we asked for the bill and we were told to ask another waiter 6)we then we’re ignored by multiple waiter/waitress 7)when we eventually got the bill we ask to split it 4 ways to which they stated that is not possible

This place needs to sort it out because the customer service shown by staff is to put lightly terrible

Main point to take from this is: the food is bad , staff are awful and don’t ask to pay because you’ll get ignored...
