One of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had.

This place completely ruined the experience for me.

First, the menu is extremely limited, offering barely any variety or creativity. The staff were shockingly rude, speaking with visible attitude and a lack of basic courtesy. When I asked simple questions about the food, their responses were blunt, dismissive, and borderline insulting. On top of that, they slammed the plates on the table in a disrespectful way — yet I clearly saw them treating other tables around us with smiles, politeness, and much better service.

The food quality was terrible. My order arrived cold, overly salty, and tasted poorly prepared. To make matters worse, it took nearly an hour to arrive, with no update, apology, or explanation.

For such a disappointing experience, the prices are ridiculously high and nowhere near justified by the quality or service. It felt like I was paying premium prices for cafeteria-level food with terrible hospitality.

I would never recommend this place. Save your money, time, and dignity — go somewhere that actually values...

This is an unusual post because it is totally on both sides - good and bad. The food was delicious. Truly excellent. Cooked exactly like I wanted, full of flavor, all the good stuff. The wait staff, however, came close to ruining the meal simply by their lack of attentiveness. I was seated and no one even acknowledged I was there (it was a slow Tuesday night) for almost 30 mins…I had to go up and ask the bar manager if I was supposed to order from her. Other diners also left in that timeframe because they weren’t getting attention. The main course (a steak with nothing else) took forever to arrive and the waiter had to ask me multiple times how I wanted my steak cooked (maybe write it down if you can’t remember?). He was, however, able to go out front and (presumably) have a smoke though, so there’s that. (Apologies if that’s not the case).

I’d definitely recommend this restaurant and maybe the wait staff just had an off night but it’s a real shame because it could have been an exceptional dining experience based...

Actually way less than my expectations at many levels. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 Long waiting time. I certainly have waited around 50 minutes just for the food to be served. Even though they served olive bread but starters like fries and broccoli wasn’t served earlier. No exaggeration but my back hurts for sitting too long. Bad service. For some reason there was so much attitude? The lady who took the orders was sweet but the 2 other servers were giving attitude, unfriendly and borderline rude? Unacceptable Food portion was ridiculous. We ordered 4 plates of pasta. 3 were normal portions. 1 was ridiculously less portion and super dry compared to others even though we are still paying full price?? I ordered extra spicy pasta. It was less than regular spicy. After all of that, of course we paid the full bill which was expensive considering it is 5 stars restaurant but what for? The service, atmosphere, quality of food? Or the bad service, long waiting time and overpriced plates with...
