In general it’s a very nice place, offers a lot of opportunities for a date or hanging out with friends. Toilets were clean, nice music and atmosphere. I’m giving 2* only for extremely rude and impolite staff working on a bar downstairs close to mini golf. After taking our glasses of unfinished expensive whisky, I politely asked them to explain what happened and why they took it while we were next to it playing golf, the guy started to be offensive, telling me I have to care more about my stuff and that it’s my problem that I didn’t have my glass in the hand (while playing mini golf). Fortunately when I asked them to call the manager, he/she took care of the situation and brought us our drinks back. I understand hospitality industry might be stressful and mistakes happen, however this way of talking to the customers should be...

The place could be called “good” if the people serving in the bar could be nicer, specifically waitress Kasia, very rude girl with no manners… had to inform the manager about the situation where this waitress kicked us out of the table because there “could be” some reservation, even though we had drinks orders and were sitting there for more than an hour with no comment from other people serving us. So the waitress need some additional training how to be polite with the customers. Hopefully this review will be visible by a higher management of this place.

I rate it one star, because the only reason I was here was mini golf which was a complete disappointment. But I would like to emphasise that the stuff was VERY PLEASANT AND PROFESSIONAL. About mini golf: My first impression when I entered was that I was in an original film Tron I couldn’t see anything distinctly. The lights were distracting and too bright and everything was on different levels. To anyone with even a slight vision impairment- a nightmare. The golf clubs were uncomfortable. No special fun effects you would expect from a place like that. Not even when you successfully score the last ball. Tedious. Appallingly boring. Even the bright neons can’t make it...
