GiGi gin tonic raw bar — Restaurant in Warsaw

As much as I wanted to love the place, the experience after left no choice but leave this a 1 star review. The service and the ambience is great, everyone is very nice and kind. Even the cocktails are alright (I think), the biggest problem is the food - it is terrible. And I mean TERRIBLE. Not only it tasted awful for the all of us, but I got food poisoning the next morning from the rancid tuna tar-tar that I only tried a little of. I was also disappointed that the waitress didn’t apologise on behalf of the kitchen or taken the dish away immediately, or even try to admit that it was not ok. It was clearly 100% not what it should be, especially for the given price. Same for the salmon tartar, although a bit better.

Overall, please be careful with this place. It is also not cheap so might as well enjoy good...

First, GiGi stunned me with the atmosphere. It has a unique mood that I've failed to find anywhere else. Then I tasted the GiGi's kitchen - and it was delicious. There are so many dishes with unique taste spectres. I personally recommend salmon tartar, this one is my favorite. But really, you can take anything here and you won't go wrong. I love it. And speaking about drinks. There are so many cocktail recipes to choose from, it's just blowing my mind. I've tasted several and enjoyed every one of them. A place with amazing food! Incredible flavour combinations that you would never expect. I recommend trying the diamond of the whole menu: Salmon Tartare, I promise, it will amaze you! (don't forget the crusty bread) Also very tasty risotto and tuna steak (attention: huge portion!). The cocktails are delicious, both: alcoholic and non-alcoholic, tested! Gintonic bar in nice icy colours, small but extremely cosy! I recommend booking a table to be sure to get in for dinner. Perfect place for a date or for dinner with your soulmates.
