LULKA BAR d. Kafefajka — Restaurant in Warsaw

To be honest I am surprised this place is still open. It operates for the past 18 years and I did go here in 2009 for the first time and back then was impressive. Since then NOTHING has changed. I would appreciate more comfortable setting (eg seats) now but I guess I'm not main audience for this place. I don't know the lingo but shishas do not have the protection case on top ,staff seems very unprofessional in handling shisha. We went to two other places with shisha (restaurant and a club) they seemed more trained than a place that's supposed to specialised in shisha. The price is appropriate for this Disappointing...

Well, i got here and they me I need to wait for a shisha because they have no available. That's okey. But after waiting for 1.5 hours, guys that got half an hour after us, they got shisha while we were still waiting second in queue for shisha. So that's one reason for 1 star review. Another when I ordered gin&tonic barman served me gin with sparkling water. That's absolutely disgusting. I need to ask 2 times for tonic to finally got one. Negative 1 star would be my rating if it were possible. The hookahs are trash (the pics show that) and the service was even worse. We were 4 people at the table and the guy gave us 1 mouth piece, and did not start the hookah. They are rude, lazy, not attentive at all, and came off as racist seeing as nobody wanted to help us. We walked in and the staff stared and laughed, they did not let us know it was self seating and self service. We clearly are not from here, so a greeting would have been nice.
