Since I get inside, everything was awesome. First of all, I would like to underline that the best Turkish Pide and Lahmacun we tried here with recommendation. Also, they have a lot of options. Prices are affordable for food. You will find a food according to your budget. Secondly, they have variously and fresh deserts like Napoleon, Fried Ice Cream and more. It was so tasty. Thirdly, they created three options for shisha from easy-smoking, normal strength and dark-side one. Also, they are giving oppurtunity to mix aromas. I need to highlight that they have the cheapest shisha in this area with good shisha. Only the coal can change quite earlier. If they will solve it, it is gonna be perfect. Fourtly, personels are very friendly and welcoming. They were carrying about what you want exactly when they are serving and helping you a lot for everything and responding to your requests. Our service was really fast and the waiter was really fast and always checking our table. Lastly, its location is so good. Exactly a meetpoint area for everyone which is connected with public transport. Also, for big groups they have a lot of places. I could not find to say anything negative for this location. I’m really not glad to be there. Me and my friends have been today, we ordered 2 Sutlac and 2 Profiteroles. We saw that they have 4 or 5 Sutlac on the transparent fridge but the waiter come and said “im sorry we only have 1 sutlac”

When I asked him why he didn't bring 4-5 sütlaç to our table since we had seen them in the fridge, he told me that he took them to other customers' tables. Okay, this is acceptable. Maybe others ordered before us. Then I ordered profiteroles, but while eating the profiteroles I noticed that the white cream had a strange taste. Since my friends also ordered profiteroles, I tasted theirs and their desserts tasted normal. Unfortunately, the dessert that was brought to me was rancid. I really don't understand how they sell such a product and serve a "spoiled" product to the customer. Of course, I didn't eat the dessert and informed the waiter about the situation. He apologized and didn't charge for the dessert. But I couldn't eat the dessert I wanted and the dessert I ordered instead turned out to be rancid. It was really a bad experience for me. I don't...

My friend and I really enjoy this place: the food, the shisha, the overall atmosphere is cosy and esthetically pleasing. The first time we went there we received an excellent service from a waiter/hookah maker. She was extremely polite and knowledgeable about shishas and Turkish cuisine (Unfortunately I didn’t ask for her name, but she had short hair)

However the second time we came there the service from another waiter was a bit questionable. We sat at the terrace on the back and had a small “accident” of a rat jumping out of the bushes right on our seats. We kindly asked the waiter to change the table. She helped us move inside, however she neither apologized nor even seemed surprised about the fact of rats running at the terrace. 🤔 I’d recommend to better stay at the front terrace instead of the back one 😅 Later when we asked to split the bill, she basically asked us to “count who will pay how much by ourselves” and left for 5 mins.
