It’s quite authentic Vietnamese restaurant which is quite cheap. This restaurant vibe reminds me my Vietnam fish market trip. Maybe it’s because of their plates style or taste. A little different thing is they don’t give you any limes or herb options since they already are in the soup. Soup broth was savory and deep. I had pho Tom which is shrimp pho. Shrimp cooked not too tough and pretty tender. But it has too much fish taste at the shrimp. It tastes not fresh. I also got nem ran. This was crispy and enough amount provided. However it was quite salty. I’m pretty good at salty food but I had to drink couple of waters after I came back...

Obviously very few Polish people have travelled all the way to Vietnam to taste the local street food. Otherwise they wouldn't be so enthusiastic about this restaurant. Very disappointing Pho Bo even more if I compare it with the very good ones I've eaten for years in the 'Chinatown' 13th district in Paris. The broth was just hot bland water, normally, you get fresh herbs on the side of the bowl with some lime and fresh chili. Here they are serving a low-cost version not even cheap.
