Kiku Sushi Restaurant — Restaurant in Warsaw

Place is good, food is tasty, atmosphere and ambience is good, price is okay for us (German) but relatif expensive for the local standard. The only thing my husband and i were so dissapointed was the waitress's attitude. She knew that we were just tourists (because we spoke in english and not in polnish), so she let us waiting so long in the table without giving us the menu. Until i asked, then she gave us. And then she gave us the normal menu instead of lunch menu (because there were special prices for the lunch time), so i guess she meant it, that we ordered only from the normal menu (normal price). The management should change that kind of waitress, she was really unpolite, disrespect and treat us so racist. When another customers (local polnish) came, she gave them a nice greeting, smiled and brought them to the table next to us politely. She then gave them the menu in a second (the normal menu and also the lunch menu) and bring them the foods earlier than our foods, we had ordered 20 mins earlier. Either the Waitress had a bad day, she hate her job or she didn't like non-polnish speaker, the management need to think about this reputation of restaurant just because such kind of waitress. Errogant waiter took him 25 min to approаch me and take an order. Another 10 min only to answer me that my order is getting cooked...ha! Kimchi cabbage and sup! When I usked how long it is going to take... even a glass of water never has been cerved. When I gave up...I received threats from the waiter that he is going to call the police on me! Interesting way of dealing with client opinion...SLOW RESTORANT such a shame ! Dog running around the restorant space and some man tells me this is not a Mcdonalds....but to give a worning in the intrance "be aware we are slow" it was not a possibility for them. Much easier to spit on people's personal time - with unacceptably low service level and threating clients with calling the police on them for not paying for the food which never has been cerved! Never thought that instead of having good quality time, I will manage to find myself in the middle of stressful extreme show-of local circus of nonsense. So yeah BEAWAR -of an arrogant waiter, rude manager...animals running off the leash... slow slippy cervice...and yeah calling the police on every client that not happy with service.......make your own conclusions now. As if for Me... I left terrified... never want to come back to Warsaw again and to this restaurant...

I came here because I saw the good stuff on Google, But that’s results turn out to be terrible. No comment about the food but the attitude of the waiter and waitress make a bad impressions . I was waiting 15 minutes without a menu to look at and when another guest come they give directly the menu and I had to ask for that. After all the ways through his nose my in the face but I believe if you work for a restaurant you should have a welcoming face with smile and warm and friendly. When i ask for pay, the waitress only words the waitress said is “cash or card” that’s it. So rude! I already work in the restaurant so I know sometimes it’s difficult and I try to always be tolerant you with waiter and waitress. But this time it’s really unacceptable.
